It is an absolute fact that police forces in America have a policy and practice of engaging in terrorism and torture and other crimes at their pleasure. Anyone who doesn't know this by now isn't paying attention. One type of terrorism and torture applied by police is the use of the strap down board, where the victim is strapped down to a board flat on the back so they cannot move and left thus for hours. Anyone who doesn't believe this is terrorism and torture needs to have it happen to them - in a short while they will change their mind , that's for sure. Perhaps all those senators and representatives who uphold such an activity should be put to this procedure until they squeel like the pigs that they are. No offense to pigs , they are much more civilized than their counterpart in government. Another type is the use of nonstop noise assaults on the eardrums of the victio. Spitzer knew these things were going on and not only did nothing as attorney general of New York to stop them but went before a supreme court with fraudulent papers to coverup them as being legitimate procedure. The Paterson/cuomo regime continues to proomote, aid,abett, finance terrorism and torture and none in government with the duty and responsibility to investigate , document, indict, proecute the torturers will do so.

As attorney general of New York Eliot Spitzer was point man for a joint criminal enterprise that involved coverup of police criminality by toturing the victim of that criminality and a whole lot more.
