Headline should be: How small will Democratic gains be this fall?

The headline should be: How small will Democratic gains be this fall?

1. By betraying their supporters at every possible turn,

2. by refusing to keep up their campaign promises they swore high and low,

3. by agreeing to extend the War in Iraq when citizens clearly indicated troops should be withdrawn,

4. by not helping people who are losing their homes due to ARM mortgages; but shovelling tax-payer money to BIG corporates,

5. and lastly; by being the Neo Republican Party in disguise,

The Dems MUST and WILL lose heavily this fall.

I would not be surprised if Pelosi and her cohorts lost their seats by thousands of votes, and all democrats are booted from congress.

I dearly, dearly hope Democrats lose this fall, and lose so heavily that Gingrich dances on the their grave.

The November will be the shocking defeat of Democrats

The Democrats are so smug and sure of victory this November: Like they were in 2004.

Unfortunately the democrats have shown they are true politicians by:

1. Refusing to impeach Bush who has consistently had a rating below 28%.

2. Rushing to help banks and corporations which suffered due to housing bust; But refused to lift a finger to help the common family which lost its home.

3. Providing immunity to corporations while refusing to provide immunity to common man for small crimes like traffic tickets.

4. Refusing to bring down prices of oil by forcing the president to reduce federal taxes on Oil

These reasons will be the shocker for Democrats this November: The people are not fools to be fooled repeatedly.

This November will result in McCain's election victory and Republican Majority again in COngress only this time it will completely overthrow Democrats.

Dems deserve this and more.

I hope as election nears, many Democrats are caught in a corruption scandal or other criminal cases and lose face and votes.

Republican party is a known devil: Democrats are the sleaziest of all who deserve to lose and lose BIG.

I will always continue to support Republicans: After all they don't vacillate to get votes and then ditch their voters.

So what?

Comparing Bush and Nixon is just so wrong. Nixon did it to save his a$$. Bush did it to protect American citizens.

Terrorists don't follow laws to "correctly" strike legally. Flushing them out by whatever means is necessary.

You can't cut a diamond with a plastic knife.

Instead of worrying about weekly approval ratings and other crap, this president *actually* worried about long-term america and took whatever steps are necessary to keep America safe.

Don't you guys remember the Clinton-era? Weekly poll ratings; weekly speeches on medicare, etc to improve ratings, etc.

This is one damn good president US ever had. You bush-haters guys just don't know it yet.

They said the same thing about Truman.

Now he is realized as one of the strongest presidents we ever had.

Abuse, schbuse... Tell that to terrorists.

I say, fight fire with nukes. You use a gun, i use a nuke.

Original article: When war goes corporate

Corporates strive for continuing profit; war corporates strive for continuing war profits

As told in the book "The Corporation", corporates strive for continuous profits every year.

They have to keep their shareholders & bankers happy.

That is why you have medical companies which earn a lot by treating symptoms alone, but NOT the disease. Because if they treat the disease, then the revenue stream has ended.

Which is why war corporates try to goad the administration into war every few years. Panama, Nicaragua, Vietnam, First Iraq war, Bosnia, second Iraq War, etc.

As long as private corporates earn their profits from supplying to the military, they will somehow force any administration either through direct suasion or indirect false flag operations to make war against any country (even Canada).

Because their money comes from spilling blood of others: Literally!

And the more wars US wages, the more angrier the world gets.. and more wars!!! See? Beautiful self-feeding cycle.

One sure-fire way of stopping this cycle would be to somehow sneakily pass a bill which forces the military to completely own its arms providing industries.

BUT, that will not happen. The powers that be will not allow it.
