The law states that unless someone is convicted of a crime, he cannot be called a criminal.

The congress needs to pass a law making it criminal to call someone as terrorist or killer unless that person is actually convicted.

Just like lawyers call opponents killers in courts to sway the jury, these right wing nut newspapers are doing the same.

The theme of the liberal press should be: "Denying basic rights to Human beings is against the law".

Refuse to respond to right-wing attacks: they will place you exactly in the same spot they want you.

Instead attack them where it hurts most: their speakers.

Call O'reilly as a predator who "settled" a harassment case and ask why he was not registered in the state register.

Ask why FOX continues to hire a offender.

Attack Limbaugh that since he stated earlier than Dissent was Treason, can he be convicted of being a traitor now?

Attack rove by enforcing the subpoena by sending House marshalls to his house and dragging him in.

Conduct a detailed audit of Halliburton, KBR and Blackwater for fraud. Sic' on them about 250 criminal lawyers, the same guys who were fired by Bush administration on these corporates.

Refuse to settle any cases by these corporate criminals: Instead seek to prosecute them fully.

Why do they keep requesting Republican support for every single bill?

Its like Chamberlain pleasing Hitler. Only worse; for Hitler was one man, the Republicans have Cheney, Palin and Rove.

Stupid Dems: Stop pleasing Republicans. You will NEVER get their support. They are just a bunch of pissed off monkeys.

The only thing they understand is threat and fear.

Threaten them and go to public with the Republican reasons for refusal: Republicans need tax cuts for rich, but tax increases for poor.

By 2010, every single Republican will be voted out.

1) The other majority party (Dems) have always bend over backwards to ANY president, not just Obama. It just happens that Obama is president. If this were McCain, they would still bend over.

2) The other minority party (Reps) have always voted in favor of the president. Now they refuse. Who's changed colors? After all didn't one ugly radio speaker state that dissent is treason? So, are the Reps committing treason now?

3) "told you so" does exist. Heck it existed in 2006, when the supporters of Gore told the voters the same words.

4) Only one fact remains: Republicans are committing treason by not voting for a stimulus package opened by Bush. They are insulting Bush by not supporting a package that HE supported.

Voters are a fickle bunch.

On one hand they idolize a president or party unconditionally. On the other hand should that person make a simple mistake, they pounce on him and destroy him, throwing their weight behind the opposition while forgetting its mistakes and crimes.

The GOP knows this well.

That is why it refuses to change its tactics to suit the mood.

They know that voters have short memories and will forget and forgive GOP's crimes if Obama slips a little.

Their target is 2010 and 2012.

And they are bound to capture presidency and the House because:

1) The Dems are STILL playing defense. They never will go on offensive even when they have overwhelming majority because all of them are cowards.

2) The GOP supporters have deep pockets and are the super-rich, This is far better than the $10 supporters of Obama, many of whom have lost their jobs now.

So, in short to keep the majority the Dems have to:

1) Start destroying GOP one man at a time. Starting from top: Force Cheney to testify in House and convict him if necessary.

2) Pursue every rich supporter of GOP for tax violations.

Unfortunately, Dems are stupid and dumb.

Which is why they will lose in 2010 and 2012.
