Denial

Gator that was a great reply to Elephantman. The only thing I would of changed was Joseph Goebels to Hitler. Well some people can be shown the facts and still refuse to believe what they know is true. It's called DENIAL, it's where Elephantdung, Shooter, Nabalzrr and the rest of the right-wing trolls live everyday. Their weak little minds won't allow them to admit the truth about this presidency. No amount of evidence will ever be enough for them. I recall a caller to Randi Rhodes a while back that perfectly illustrated this. Remember when Bush flipped off the reporters with their cameras? Well this caller argued with Randi that Bush didn't flip off the cameras. He had studied the footage frame by frame and Bush was showing his thumb, not his middle finger. I have no doubt that the caller actually believed it too. His mind wouldn't allow him to see his President flipping off reporters. So it changed it from the middle finger to the thumb. Weak minds can't handle the truth. So whenever our resident trolls spout their garbage, just let it go. They aren't going to listen anways.

Talking out of your ass

Which is pretty much useless if one is worried about one's job if the warrant application is subsequently denied after the fact. Actually I suppose, if the application were denied, jail would be the next step. How aggressive would you be with such a penalty hanging over your head? Not very. Shitter242

You are talking out of your ass and you know it Shitter. If the warrant is denied, you just discontinue the wiretap. The only reason someone would go to jail is if they continued the tap without a warrant. God you are pathetic.

Jersey Girls

Regarding the Jersey Girls, I really admire them for what they did. They along with the other 9/11 families battled hard for the creation of the 9/11 commission. If you want to see what they went through, check out the documentary "9/11 Press for Truth". It details their struggles. That being said, I have lost all respect for Kristen Breitweiser. Read this article by her here http://www.huffingtonpost.com/kristen-breitweiser/this-ones-for-the-girls_b_89254.html She's nothing but a female chauvinist. Read more of her writings at huffpo. Her hatred of Obama is evident while she has a huge blind spot for Hillary.

As for the 9/11 truthers posting on this site, please give it a rest. There is no evidence to back up any of your claims. I know I'm going to start a huge fire fight by saying that, but it's the truth. No evidence of explosives was ever found at the WTC. There was no missile that hit the Pentagon either. Sorry guys. Want to know who caused 9/11? It was 19 pissed of muslims. That the Bush admin tried to cover up their mistakes in failing to prevent it, doesn't mean they were in on it. That they used 9/11 to their benefit can't be denied either, but that doesn't prove they orchestrated it.

@ socalled Reality based lib

How did Building 7 fall? A 47-story high rise collapses from top to bottom, at free fall speed, into its own footprint on 9/11. No plane touched it. The commission had no explanation. Please tell us, as you say everything is easily explained?

Check out the history channel's show called 9/11 Conspiracies. They explained the fall of WTC 7 quite easily. Yes no plane hit it, but burning debri set WTC 7 on fire. Then add in the fact that Guiliani had his emergency oil storage bunkers in it, which was a huge source of fuel for the fire. The particular architecture of the building explains the rest. The fire weakened the steel, which caused it to collapse. That it fell resembling a "controlled demo" doens't mean it was one. It was due to the way the building was constructed. That it fell at "free fall speeds" is proof of what exactly? That the laws of physics and gravity are correct. As for proof of anything else, I'd like an explanation on what you think it means.

What about the guy who witnessed base explosions in the tower and rescued survivors from those explosions before the planes hit?

What guy are you talking about? Provide evidence please. That people reported what sounded like explosions isn't proof that there were bombs. People said they heard something like an explosion, and the 9/11 "truthers" drop the sounded like part and report people heard explosions. Then they take that and say it's proof that there were bombs in the building. Give me a break.

Thank you Schumer and Feinstein

At this point I'd like to thank Senators Schumer and Feinstein for giving us this asshat AG Mukasey. If it wasn't for you two dumbasses, he never would of been confirmed. Thank you once again.

paper won't cover this

It's very frustrating that most MSM is refusing to cover this story. I haven't seen one mention in my local paper, Rocky Mountain News. Not only have they not covered this, they didn't cover the recent torture memos. They didn't cover the 4th amendment don't apply memo's either. What they have covered is meaningless crap. Their world and nation section have had stories on internet thefts. Obama outraising Clinton. Yet their editorial dept ran a short op-ed piece criticizing the torture memos. I guess they figure that everyone relies on the web to get their news. Because if they relied on the Rocky, they'd have no idea what they were talking about.

Huffpo sucks

I know this is off topic, but I've become rather disgusted with the huffingtonpost.com. Arianna has sold out and has become what she railed against in the corporate media. It's all hype hype hype. Half the front page is nothing but celebrity gossip crap. Most of the political stories are Obama says this about Clinton, Clinton says that about Obama. Murtha slams Jobn McCain etc. What's sad is that it wasn't always this way. When huffpo was first started, it was a great site. Now it's become just another corporate media site that is poisoning our democracy. Arianna should be proud of herself.
