Original article: Limitless wrongness

David ("Voice of the People") Broder

An incisive analysis of the D.C. press poodles, Mr. Greenwald. My compliments.

David ("Voice of the People") Broder is a self-styled fount of wisdom who makes a comfortable living currying favor with those in power. Instead of putting a harsh spotlight on the corrupt D.C. Beltway crowd, Broder's content to just go along with 'em.

Mr. Broder, why don't you write a column tomorrow on how the Liar-in-Chief lied us into war. After all, sir, isn't that what truth-seeking journalists SHOULD be doing?!

Dr. Ron Paul and Hillary Clinton

Good article, Mr. Greenwald. I'm not saying that just because I'm a Dr. Paul supporter (I am), but because it shows an objectivity that's often lacking when discussing public questions.

Personally, I support Paul for two main reasons: foreign policy and civil liberties. His nonintervention foreign policy is exactly what this country needs, now more than ever.

Civil liberties? Paul's an ardent civil libertarian. Without civil liberties, a country just isn't worth living in.

Hillary Clinton is owned by every big interest in town. She's corrupt. She favors the Iraq war, and she hasn't said a thing about a possible attack on Iran. She's a neocon with the best of 'em.

Romney and Giuliani, both warmongering chickenhawks

Well done, Mr. Greenwald. You gave these two armchair commandos, Romney and Giuliani, a good pasting.

God knows they deserve it, these warmongering scumbags.

Rudy Giuliani, Bullshitter Extraordinaire

The man with biggest mouth usually does the least. That's the case with Il Duce Giuliani.

This blowhard bullshitter was a hero, all right--the hero of every press clip and photo op in town. By accident of history, this scumbag was mayor when the attacks occurred. Giuliani has been living off--and profiting from!--his bogus "hero" reputation ever since.

Joe Klein, Horse's Ass

Joe Klein--like so many of the curry-favor-with-the-Beltway crowd--is a lying horse's ass. TIME should be ashamed of itself for tolerating Klein's shit.

Fortunately, TIME isn't as important as it once was. Its circulation is declining, and deservedly so. After all, it lets Klein and the warmongering neocon William Kristol write for it.

Hillary Clinton's Pals Lobbying for Amnesty

Don't forget that Jamie Gorelick--Hillary Clinton supporter, and ex-Justice Department official under Bill Clinton--is among those lobbying FOR amnesty for the telecoms.

Where does Hillary Clinton stand on this issue? I presume The Pantsuited One favors amnesty for telecoms, owing to the fact that she's owned by every corporate interest in town.

TIME magazine is worthless bullshit

TIME is worthless bullshit. It employs known liars like William Kristol and Joe Klein. Anyone who puts any credence in this rag is a fool.

The "mainstream media" are a sorry lot indeed.

National Review: Chickenshit Warmongers

National Review is the neocon bastion of--well, neocon bastards. The whole lot of 'em are chickenhawk armchair commandos who are willing to fight to the last drop of YOUR blood. Rich Lowry, Jonah Goldberg, Victor Davis Hanson, Krauthammer, Kristol et al. are all gutless wonders who revel in warlike rhetoric.

Piss on 'em.

The Bullshit, Warmongering Neocon Establishment

My compliments to the International Atomic Energy Agency and Mohamed ElBaradei.

The neocon establishment wants war with Iran no matter what. Why? They're rabid pro-Israel lunatics who are, in effect, more loyal to Israel than they are to America. These chickenhawk bastards want America to fight Israel's war(s) and enemies.

Monday, December 17, 2007 10:19 PM

Goddamn worthless government

The American government--hell, the whole damn political system--is broken.

The fact that Congress and the courts don't do a damn thing about the Liar-in-Chief's unlawful and/or unconstitutional actions is mind-boggling. The two (count 'em, two) parties are equally worthless; there's not a dime's worth of difference between 'em. They're all bought-and-paid-for by the PACs and lobbyists who control 'em.

What can be done in the immediate sense? Not much, except to support Dr. Ron Paul. He's the only--and I mean ONLY--presidential candidate who isn't bought and bossed.

Monday, December 17, 2007 11:11 PM

Well said, DemoChristian!

You said a mouthful, my man.

The Liar-in-Chief's daughters, the gutless wonder neocons and/or their children, the warmongering "pundits" aren't over there, and never will be. They're content to dream up wars for oil and Israel, while letting Joe Sixpack's kids fight 'em.

Get the hell out of Iraq, NOW.

Dr. Ron Paul for President.

Harry Reid: Senate douche bag

I think a likely explanation for Harry Reid's

craven acquiescense to Bush is that he's being blackmailed. What else can explain why he ignores a hold by Dodd, and why he's so desperate to win immunity for the telecoms?

The Liar-in-Chief has an understanding with Reid that as long as he, Reid, doesn't get in the Administration's way, they won't the use the dirt they have on him.

You've got to admit, this is as good a theory as any.

Wednesday, December 19, 2007 09:36 PM

A victory, yes--but will it last?

Yes, this is a victory. A shitty bill, pushed by the Liar-in-Chief and his shitty minions in Congress, was defeated. Score one for Joe Sixpack.

Trouble is, this kind of victory is rare--damned rare. Whenever Joe Sixpack clashes with K Street, the latter usually prevails. Why? Because K Street represents the boys with the PACs, the wide-open cash pipelines.

Bought-and-paid-for hacks like Jay Rockefeller, Diane Feinstein, Hillary Clinton et al. like it just fine.

In any case, keep the pressure on.

Mitt Romney: One dangerous sonofa-----

Romney is Goddamn dangerous. He recognizes no limits on presidential authority or power. He's an incipient fascist. Then again, the rest of the presidential candidates are nothing to write home about either.

Dr. Ron Paul for President--now more than ever!

Sergeant Rock:

My compliments, Sarge, and I associate myself with your remarks.

Dr. Paul's the ONLY presidential candidate whose foreign policy is categorically nonintevention. All the rest of 'em, including Saint Hillary of Clinton, are neocon

interventionists and/or warmongers. They're all controlled by the Israel lobby. Dr. Paul isn't. Paul's an ardent civil libertarian. The rest of 'em, including Saint Hillary of Clinton, are at best indifferent to civil liberties, or at worst outright hostile.

Personally, if Paul isn't the GOP candidate next year, I'm sitting it out. Why? Because no matter who I vote for, I'll get the same old shit.

Tuesday, January 1, 2008 10:45 PM

Piss on Michael Bloomberg!

Hell's bells, now I've seen everything. I'm supposed to vote for Michael Bloomberg--a neocon, neofascist, everything-for-Israel lunatic--and I'll get something DIFFERENT?

Bullshit.

Dr. Ron Paul for President--now more than ever!
