And You Think 42 Virgins is Silly

In a word -^- Rapture . . . that is a hoot.

nabalzbbfr (who, using the mystical ancient lost tribe cabala "13 code" transformed from his "anonymoose" persona into his present "nabalzbbfr" persona shows his true stripes -- is there such a thing as a Kristo/Zionist Pepe Le Pew??? ): "Israel must now act forcefully and unilaterally to safeguard its own existence, as soon as possible. Hopefully they will act before the electors cast their ballots and the fallout will sway their votes." In other words, these wingnuts couldn't give a rat's ass about America. The rot is much deeper, and a lot stranger than fiction. It's all about 'Israel', the return of the Jewish 'mystery man' (some call him Jesus), and, ahem, the Rapture. Dang, it's about time to flush (Tidy Bowl Guy, where are you?) these shits out to sea, so to speak. Beware annymoose, there are only so many rocks you slugs can hide under . . . we've got a great big salt shaker just awaiting you.

BTW -- Hornet Driver (have you ever figured out your real handle???). Paring down the military, actually, drowning it in a bathtub as Grover would say, eliminating folks who blow up innocents is, well, a side benefit of reintroducing America to the real world. You, sir, may actually have to find a real job . . .

Paul Robeson

Wouldn't you give a dollar to hear him speak today? Or better yet, to sing?

And to our cut & dried, er cut & run bitter-enders, let us be a little gracious in our victory even as they gird their loins against the last days. And I don't understand, "I give them tiny props for showing up." Tiny 'props'?? Is that like the wings they put on military kind of guys uniforms?? The guys that jump out of airplanes? You know, little propellers to show that they are crop dusters or something like that??

Eating Their Own

The Stick, to the very end a deranged, and very bitter dead-ender opines on the Republican bad-hair day: "After showing nearly superhuman restraint throughout this campaign, which was lost the night McCain won the California primary, I am now liberated to announce that all I care about is hunting down and punishing every Republican who voted for McCain in the primaries. I have a list and am prepared to produce the names of every person who told me he was voting for McCain to the proper authorities."

A very scary thought, indeed, the wild-eyed, bony, limp dish-H20 dirty blond in her tardy black cocktail dress, chuffing on a Carleton, lurking out of the night, stalking her own. Night of The Long Knives, indeed. As for Sarah, Annie continues: "Indeed, the only good thing about McCain is that he gave us a genuine conservative, Sarah Palin. He's like one of those insects that lives just long enough to reproduce so that the species can survive. That's why a lot of us are referring to Sarah as "The One" these days. Like Sarah Connor in "The Terminator," Sarah Palin is destined to give birth to a new movement. That's why the Democrats are trying to kill her."

And it gets even better, if you can handle The Stick's schtick . . .

Ka-Boom

Well we are blessed with not having Fox News Terebi here (in Japan), and it is a mixed blessing -- when it was originally included in the package that the cable company offered -- it didn't move. The folks here couldn't figure out if it was animal, vegetable or mineral -- are we supposed to view it as Comedy Central, or the last gasps from Andy Griffith's 'Aunt Bea's Homeland'? Anyway, it sank. I had some guilty pleasures from it while it did exist. You really can't feel bad about yourself when you watched those poor mofo's talking into the lens, and not showing a morsel of . . . . self respect? Credibility? Pride? Dignity? Intelligence? I mean, seriously. A guy with a dead badger on his head. A Chin That Dares To Call Itself a Man bellowing at a cowering 'librul'? The original Whirling Dervish/Loofah hisself -- Ol' Gin Blossom O'Reilly. The Three Amigoes/Stooges/Friends (one suspiciously with a Scot's name, but only a DNA test could convince me that he isn't the bastard love-child of Libya's Mr. Ghaddaffi). You can't make this stuff up. The real, ugly Mr. Hyde part of Uh'Merica. But we do have CNN, and admittedly, the stuff from outside the bubble is pretty good (I mean, seriously, Larry King & Elvis's divorced widow -- again??? Lou Dobbs & those righteously flapping wattles -- I mean, those Rummy washed out baby blue peepers must really look worse from the inside). I mean the International stuff. Broadcast from outside the envelope. No, CNN certainly ain't the Beeb, but those are pretty high standards to reach for. Nope, my gripe is with the Uh'Merican mindset. The 'Yep, We Really Is The Center Of The Universe, And Don't You Forget It' (as Baba Louie's equine pardner 'Queek Draws' used to say) Now, take your Discovery Channel (please). Every few hours you get hour long infomercials starring a bunch of military kinda guys going into raptures about a Raptor. Some kind of super aircraft that can take out 'bad guys' (wearing tuxedos at a wedding in the boonies, perhaps). What the hell kind of mind set is this?? Who are these people pandering to? Subliminal lobbying. That's all the world needs. A few trillion dollars sunk into a technology to blown the be-jesus out of 'the other'. The ones that don't respect Uh'Merica. Dang, they burn our flag, even. Nope, beltway journalists be damned. MoDo is just an upscale Annie 'The Stick' Coulter, a laid back Michelle 'Chichlets' Malkin. C'mon, the whole medium sucks. It's all about money, power, control. Ready, aye, ready. Rant done.
