Sad, Really

As folks have pointed out before, some of us age with a certain modicum of (there's a trendy Latin / English word for you, old chap) dignity. And then there's Zoltan. And yes, I know. Don't feed the trolls. Don't poke sticks at the poor old dancing bear. Don't mock the less fortunate. There is no sport in it, sir. And I'll wake up tomorrow feeling soiled. So I'll refrain, especially as he has settled into his well-spittle-lubricatred rut and is determined to expose his poor withered privates in public. Again. No fool, sir, like an old fool.

Catch & Release

Thanks for playing, Zoltan.

"Well, I am totally, like totally, Wow, man! TOTALLY was to the late 70's and early 80's what LIKE is to the wunnerful younger generation now. You know, the young folks who utter LIKE every third word." AQccording to some of your press releases, you have a few of those yard-apes hanging around the old homestead, doncha??

Whatever, dude. Now there's a word. Dude? Sad thing is, we're probably about the same age. Except I'm still young and you never were.

"At least in England they come up with better buzzwords such as MASSIVE." Being British in origin (makes me anti-Semite right off the bat, wot??), I TOTALLY agree. I massively think so, old chap. I tip my derby and raise my brolly to you, tut-tut.

"So, Mister 'totally blase,' I hate to tell you that your name not only sounds stupid, it dates you, sir." This from a guy named Zoltan??

"You need a more up to date, trendy moniker, sir. How about 'massively ignorant?'" Glad you got to use your trendy Brit word, Zoltan, old chap. Massive. Boy-howdy, Zoltan, you really are the cat's pajamas . .

"That has a nice ring to it, doncha think?"

You betcha . . .

Little Past Or Before Your Bedtime?

Zoltan can use the keyboard again, it not being Friday, and having sated his blushing English rose: "There is nothing unique about Glennn Greenwald . . . " Plenty of hyuks with those extra 'n's Zoltan. Cute, in a 1950s Ronnie 'The Rat' Reagan way.

Then old Zoltan cuts to the chase and addresses the real wild hair sprouting out of his puckered, withered bunghole: "And, if Chomsky was against the very formation of Israel, is that really your purpose in life, to get rid of a state your mentor says never should have existed in the first place?"

Yep, Israel, the land the invisible flying gelfite fish promised to his own real tribe . . . and hey, those are Zoltan's people. And then it gets worse. Jiminey, Zoltan, who needs drugs when you're already zonkered?

It don't matter, you can talk about the merits of left-handed / right-handed pitchers, and ol' Zoltan (you really should start practicing TM again) will throw in Sandy Koufax and how the christians, and Noam Chomsky were out to git him. Cuz he was . . . one of Zoltan's guys. Now, Zoltan, don't get excited. No need to rush back to the keyboard to chastize me, I'm not going anywhere. And I wouldn't want you to trip over your walker, or to dribble on your bib. And I especially wouldn't want you to misplace your dentures again . . .

He Cudda Been A Contender . . .

rockybalboa lurches in: "glenn, i should have known that you are a pothead."

Fungatoid, I Can Understand . .

A fungatoid is a turd with moss on it, usually found floating in a river, or residing in a gated community.

mary, mary quite contrary pens (sorry, but it's a 'me' thing -- people that don't use 'caps' have a credibilty problem with me -- I don't like the laziness and the chutzpah: they want me to be on a level playing field -- bah!!): "too bad you don't like swedish food. your loss . . . "

Yikes!! Swedish delights like fermented fish?? Birch bark soup? And what's with the "new" catchphrase 'liberoid'? Another Rush smear?? Sorry, but LIBERAL is not a bad word anymore, Hilda. Been there, done that. The world has moved on. Please 'small m mary', that's as passe as 'libtard' and the other silly words that silly people parrot. Repuglican, etc. C'mon, let's move on.

The Japanese Say that There Is A Rabbit On The Moon

And we say we see a man. Different perspectives, or wot?

Eons ago, Pedinska asked: "rr....wot the hell is wrong with you? Milk?? At this time of day???"

Milk. Shudders, udders. Milk? You know where that stuff has been?? I used to milk 70 'coos' twice a day, and I have the wrists to prove it. And aren't we being a bit, er, provincial here?? At this time of the day?? I usually stick to fermented beverages before noon, but noon happens 24 times a day in different locales around the globe. The old adage, "the sun is over the yardarm somewhere" rings true enough, but, rilly, not all of us live in the HOMELAND. And Cuban rum, the rill deal, I said CUBAN (those anti-semites, begorrah), is about the only thing you should add to milk IF you have to drink it . . .

And HFM -- I know the moon is waxing full, but it sure is bringing out the Tribesmen today . . . scroll, scroll, pass the poor guys by and hope that big medicine can help out these poor pud pullers.

The Same Reason Israel Has F-16s?

JonathanInTelAviv tries to be clever, and falls flat as usual: "Just out of curiosity, Shingo, why do you think Iran is developing long-range missiles?" Umm, to defend itself?? You know, if you hurt us, we'll strike back?? Works for most countries that follow that tack. Ol' Kim Il is still running North Korea as far as I know . . .

BTW -- your "I have relatives who used to be Palestians" sounds pretty ominous . . . what made you use the 'past tense'? I'm also curious because I've read a lot of apologists here who claim that there was never a land or nation called Palestine . . . what gives??
