Here's my idea:

Everyone in Congress voting against the current "health care reform" must relinquish their own socialist health care single payer plan, and go back to paying for their own private insurance.

Not that I think this legislative gift to insurance companies is the answer to our broken health care system, but please! Not only do we have tea party-ers on Medicare decrying the advent of socialist medicine, but we have legislators with free government-sponsored health care lambasting the very idea of free government-sponsored health care. What evil hypocrites.

And Americans let them get away with this crap. It's to weep.
