  • OK to vote for Obama because he's black

I would have to say most blacks are voting for him because he's black. As for Hillary, I'm not supporting her because she's a woman, I support her because I am a woman. Hillary was someone I quietly waited to see if she would make a [residential run. I had already made up my mind is she did, she had my support and she does. Voting race or gender has it's own set of problems. Vote experience, vote using your head. The last election was decided by Carl Rove energizing the evangelical vote. Look where we are now.

  • Hillary Clinton's journey on Iraq

Due respect to the author, I find your comments condescending to Senator Clinton as she was one of many who were duped by this so-called president. She and those who authorized the war did so on behalf of what they conceived to be a threat right on the heals of 9/11/01.. To somehow segregate Senator Clinton from the other forty Senators is rather bias. I don't think apologies end war. When Senator Clinton becomes President, she will right the wrong Bush created. To say anymore would undermine the families of our troops who truly believe their sons and daughters are fighting to help a country who knew nothing other then a mass murderer. It matters what you say, more then a vote. Perhaps you might consider those families and support their beliefs and should you feel the need for further reconciliation, go to Senate.org and see ALL those who cast their vote as Senator Clinton did. Enough! We are five years past and the complainers are Obama fans. Consider this; Obama attends a Church with his children to hear a preacher condemn America. Obama refuses to wear a flag pin on his lapel and won't place his hand over his heart to pledge allegiance to America. Whom do you find patriotic? It's a no brainer.

  • The GOP attack plan for Obama

We all know well how the swift boat ads and Carl Rove can undermine anyone including John McCain as they did in 2000. They are a hate group destined to seek power at any cost. As a Democrat I am a Hillary volunteer/Supporter and she has experience. My problem with Obama is not an issue of experience, though truth be known I think the presidency requires more then Obama has. He will be easy prey for the GOP. I am more concerned with Obama's lack of judgement sitting week after week in a so called Church officiated by a bigot. I imagine a Sunday hour with his children will give birth to more of the same. This lack of judgement is far more serious then anything Obama cannot argue. The speech from Obama was a psychological distraction from the truth. He is a slick speaker who managed to charm people, but falls short on delivering an honest answer and made his argument using the race card.

Hillary is criticized for using gender as a matter of truth and she is criticized. Obama uses race and thinks he has been exonerated. Obama cannot have it both ways. He shares a white world and a black world. He chooses to have a mentor who hates whites and America. Imagine this was Hillary. Right, she would have been raked over the coals. As a distraction Obama attempts to shine a light on Hillary's tax returns and papers from her years as First Lady. Obama is looking for her claimed experience, but, even if she hadn't been in the White House for eight years she would still have more experience then Obama. She has six extra years as a US Senator.

America, wake up! You are being duped by a sheep in wolves clothing. Obama in my opinion is NOT what was once assumed. He has been caught in a series of lies and to date has not been held accountable as his rival Senator Clinton has. Obama hands ammunition to the GOP much more controversial then lack of experience. The hand over heart for pledging allegiance and refuses to wear his flag pin on his lapel. That is suspect to me as a Democrat so imagine what Carl Rove and company will do with all this. Being a liberal is not an issue to voters, being a defender of a man who preaches hate is going to follow him and that is a shadow he can never come out of. I think Obama will lose his momentum because of ALL the issues I feel are serious. Hillary provided 11,000 papers at Obama's request so he can remind voters of her pain. He is a narcissist who will do anything to win.

  • GOP Attack Plan for Hillary

I don't think there is a republican alive (including Carl Rove) who could throw anything at Hillary and make it stick. Hillary has been vetted. It would be interesting to see them try and after she's done with them, they can go home and cry to their Mothers "A girl beat me up". If anyone doubts her preparedness for all the slinging you don't know the real Hillary. Chelsea to her credit had a question from an idiot at a college and was ready to respond and move on.

I worry more about Obama. He has given then new ammunition called the Rev. J Wright who is his "Mentor".. The Rev. Wright is a bigot, anti-American, anti-gay and anti-white. Obama has no business running for president knowing he sat through these so called sermons for twenty years. The GOP will go to the lack of patriotism for not saluting the flag or for refusing to wear a flag pin on his lapel. I am a Democrat and I have serious concerns about Obama which his slick speech has not addressed. Obama's speech mearly diverted attention away from him and put the onus on us. I guess the privileged man educated at Harvard knows little about the suffering of REAL African Americans. I will take 100 Hillarys to 1 Obama. Sad no one questions that. Oh that's right, race is too sensitive, but being sexist is somehow OK. Not in my world!!
