Watching Vick lat night of 60 Minutes I paid close attention to his body language. I do believe he is ashamed of what he did, but only because he got caught. There was no compassion or empathy shown toward the dogs he'd tortured. He never really said he was sorry about the torture. There is no doubt in my mind that this man is a sociopath. If he had never been caught I'm certain he would still be torturing dogs and thinking nothing of it. I was absolutely sickened when the NFL reinstated him. Apparently it matters not if you are an despicable inhuman being just as long as you can throw a ball and please your fans. I still cannot look at him without wanting to do what he did to them a hundred fold over, and that in itself upsets me, that a person would cause me to have such thoughts.
I'm a white woman whose butt disappears (damn) when I turn sideways. I'm delighted that the new First Lady chooses to dress in a way that shows off her beautiful, classic body. She is not just a "new" Jackie O, she is--"Michelle".
Sarah is the new force to split the country into two partisan groups: (a) rich white guys and their trophy women (b) the rest of us.
I see her as the reincarnation of Jerry Falwell in drag. Narrow minded, mean spirited, bigoted and someone who will take down instantly anyone who gets in her way to the top.
Everyone seems to be missing a valid point. One cannot become elected unless wealthy, or have access to it. The wealthy, with rare exceptions, are addicted to their wealth and want to part with as little money as possible and preferably to increase what they have. To provide health care to those who need it? Oh, horrors. Not out of my pocket. Thus the dreaded "socialism" word is used to frighten anyone into thinking otherwise.
