    Last night I wrote:

'You're talking about the Greenwich Village townhouse explosion, right? Are you purposefully omitting to mention the fact that the three people who died were Weathermen who were caught by a premature detonation? Or are you thinking of something else?"

I would really like an answer to this question. It wasn't simply rhetorical. As far as I know, the only people who were killed by the Weathermen were Weatherman.

The reason no one else was hurt? The Weatherman always made sure to give warning in advance to allow safe evacuation of the area prior to detonation.

Now, there's no doubt that the Weathermen were a bunch of radical who represent the excesses of Bill and Hillary Clinton's generation. But they weren't Timothy McVeigh - who actually set out to kill out people. They bombed buildings, not people. The only people they killed were themselves, by accident.

    One final point:

    You say:

"The only reason they are not currently imprisoned is because our ultra-liberal criminal justice system let them off on technicalities."

    The New York Times says:

"Later that spring the couple were indicted along with others in Federal Court for crossing state lines to incite a riot during the Days of Rage, and following that for 'conspiracy to bomb police stations and government buildings.' Those charges were dropped in 1974 because of prosecutorial misconduct, including illegal surveillance."

I really would like an answer my question, RC. It seems every time I try to get a Clinton supporter to clarify when I feel that they have made inaccurate or slanted statements, they just clam up.

Did you purposefully omit the fact that the only people that the Weathermen are known to have killed are Weathermen, in order to make it seem more horrific?

Or did you not know, and you were simply repeating someone else's half-truth?
