sexist images

I'm not a Sarah Palin supporter, but let's not as progressive people use sexist images to tear a woman down when it's convenient for our purposes. Imagine our outrage if the conservative media started dressing Hillary up in S&M drag!

wow

wow, check out the transphobia here. in my view, you're a woman if you say you're a woman. and you're a good model if people like to look at your pictures.

also, for the trans-ignorant: stop calling isis a "preop". as if the "op" - or the genetalia - are the end all be all of gender identity.

isis is a woman and, to be frank, more feminine than many of the lumbering rednecks ANTM has on this season. and she knows her stuff. so give her some respect.

Alaska

I'm not a Palin supporter, but having lived in Alaska, and being aware of the history and effects of colonization there - I can certainly understand the movement for succession. And I dont think those sentiments are at all extremist in the context of Alaskan culture and politics - esp if you husband is a Native Alaskan.

I agree...

I agree that Palin has given a good media performance to date, however much I may dislike her stance on social issues. Had Obama been a bit more wise, he would have chosen Hillary for VP and captured media attention by pulling together the highly-anticipated and highly-unlikely "dream ticket". I have no idea what was happening behind the scenes there, but Biden is no substitute for the spark that could have been.
