@ k trout

But I can't accept any scenario whereby a member of the mass media is either directly involved in a conspiracy or was clued in by a member of the conspiracy that fucked up and told them 30 minutes to an hour early.

See: Blitzer, Wolf

Seriously, I doubt that any proper operation would include members, at least not many, of the press, who are known for their self serving narcissism.

The number of people required to pull off an operation of this scope is indeed a very large problem.

I do know that the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs was confident that he could maintain operational security on Project Northwoods, which as I am sure you know, involved false flag terrorist attacks on America. Attacks that would then be blamed on Cuba.

It was a real plan, they were serious, and were only stopped by John F. Kennedy, who may have been the last President, not chosen by the Illuminati or whatever they call themselves.

We all know what happened to John.

@ Pretzelattck - President Chance Gardener

Bush wasn't Chance Gardner, he was President "Bobby" who the shadow government was discarding.

Obama is Chance Gardner...

What do you mean he’s got no background? That’s impossible! I quoted the man on national television. - Pres. Bobby

Security, tranquility, a well deserved rest. All the aims I have persued will soon be realized: Life Is A State Of Mind

@ little brother - Ghost of Rosemary Woods hard at work at the BBC!

According to the BBC, they found the tapes. They put an "expert" librarian, (as opposed to their amateur librarians) on the case, and guess what? She found them! Seems they were misfiled in 2002 as opposed to 2001.

I guess the original search was someone looking in the 2001 cabinet and saying, "Nope, not there! How's about a coffee?".

By the way, your house is on fire! Don't worry, take your time, maybe get a burger...

Shrub's reaction on Sept 11

Andrew Card whispers in his ear, "America is under attack".

Bush continues to read "The Pet Goat" for another 7 minutes.

Now imagine if you are at work, and someone comes over and says, "Your house is on fire.", do you sit there for 7 minutes?

"Bush wondered whether he should excuse himself and retreat to the holding room, where he might be able to find out what the hell was going on. But what kind of message would that send - the president abruptly getting up and walking out on a bunch of inner-city second-graders at their moment in the national limelight?" LOL

Why didn't the SS drag him out of the class by the arms as they are alleged to have done with Cheney?

The only source to describe what happened next is Fighting Back by Bill Sammon. Publishers Weekly described Sammon's book as an "inside account of the Bush administration's reaction to 9-11 [and] a breathless, highly complimentary portrait of the president [showing] the great merit and unwavering moral vision of his inner circle." [Publisher's Weekly, 10/15/02]

Sammon's conservative perspective makes his account of Bush's behavior at the end of the photo-op all the more surprising. Bush is described as smiling and chatting with the children "as if he didn't have a care in the world" and "in the most relaxed manner imaginable." White House aide Gordon Johndroe, then came in as he usually does at the end of press conferences, and said, "Thank you, press. If you could step out the door we came in, please."

A reporter then asked, "Mr. President, are you aware of the reports of the plane crash in New York? Is there anything...", But Bush interrupted, and no doubt recalling his order, "DON'T SAY ANYTHING YET," Bush responded, "I'll talk about it later."

But still the president did not leave. "He stepped forward and shook hands with [classroom teacher] Daniels, slipping his left hand behind her in another photo-op pose. He was taking his good old time. ... Bush lingered until the press was gone." [Fighting Back: The War on Terrorism - From Inside the Bush White House, by Bill Sammon, 10/02, p. 90] [cooperativeresearch]

“I remember once the Secret Service thought they had another threat and tried to get the president to leave,” [Karen Hughes, a senior counselor to George W. Bush] said. “And he insisted that he wasn’t leaving. I'll never forget, he said: ‘In fact, I’m hungry. I want a hamburger.’ [MSNBC]

President Bush knew the twin towers had been hit by commercial airliners. An unknown number of people were dead or injured, and some were jumping from the towers, but the main concern of the US forces commander-in-chief was getting a hamburger. How did he know it was safe to stick around and ask for a burger? How did he know he was not making targets of the school staff and students by staying with them?

Then he flew all over the country for 6 hours, while Ari bullshitted about the threat to AF1, how someone "had the codes". Yeah sure they did Ari, the Pentagon has all the codes.
