Of course the majority of US citizens remain outside the realm of freely marrying whomever they want.
[Read the article: Will gay marriage doom the Democrats?]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]It is a national shame. The US is truly an evil, evil country.
Like, um, everybody has parents, most people have children and siblings. In case you haven't noticed it, these people can not marry each other.
The millions and millions of married people are also excluded from these civil rights and I wonder what gives the government the nerve to tell these people they can't marry the person they love.
And the children, they are so deeply oppressed that they can't marry anyone.
I am so deeply committed to fighting these deeply ingrained societal ills that I hereby announce that THE SANDY YAGO INSTITUTE OF LEGAL LUCUBRATION WILL REWARD WITH TEN MILLION DOLLARS ANYONE WHO CAN SHOW THAT THE PROVISIONS OF THE CALIFORNIA STATE CONSTITUTION WOULD BE VIOLATED BY THE EXCLUSION OF FIRST DEGREE RELATED COUPLES, COUPLES MADE UP BY ALREADY MARRIED PEOPLE, OR MINOR COUPLES, FROM THE LEGAL INSTITUTION OF "MARRIAGE"?
Please spread the word.

The problem is that too many women think with their vaginas when it comes to politics.
[Read the article: What's so bad about "sweetie," anyway?]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]Men think with their pricks when it comes to lots of things but not when when it comes to politics. Hillary is actually a very nice looking woman, even for her age, but I don't think too many man would vote for him because of that.
But women have been fainting in droves in the presence of the svelte and cute Barry and I bet the hair on my chinny-chin-chin that the fainting begins with that tickle down there.
And if feminists counted on female solidarity, well, it really does not exist. There are enough women to constitute a movement but they are far outnumbered by their co-genderists who will sell sister down the river for a one-on-one with the alpha male, without hesitation.
Remember Nina Burleigh of Time Magazine? In the midst of the Lewisnky scandal, which is just a shorthand of all the other sex scandals Bill Clinton was having and which included rape charges, for god's sake!, by Juanita Broaddrick, this woman who obviously would have identified herself as a liberal feminist if asked, is on record to have said: "I would be happy to give him [Clinton] a blow job just to thank him for keeping abortion legal. I think American women should be lining up with their presidential kneepads on to show their gratitude for keeping the theocracy off our backs."
And that was not seen as the crazed rambling of a madwoman for which she deserved to be thrown off the wagon, no, most of the other mainstream proud-of-my-vagina women just nodded approvingly, Yes, yes, amen.
Vagina power, yay!

Takes one to know one
[Read the article: The NYT's latest Kristol embarrassment]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]Yeah, I know, it's trite.
But Mr Greenwald could also give award winning lectures on being predictable. I mean, really, you look at the title of any of his writings and you already done reading half of it.
Besides, since when is predictability a bad thing?
Aren't people supposed to have convictions, goals?

Black racism helps Obama, white racism hurts Obama.
[Read the article: How much will white racism hurt Obama?]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]Say, 90% of blacks will vote for Barry because he is black.
50% of whites will vote for Hillary because she is not black.
There are cca 9 times more whites in the country than blacks.
So it is all about weighted averages which I won't bother doing because no one cares anyway.
