To The Jim

Not only have you proven that you are a troll with no conscience, but you have also shown that you are a troll with no principles either, when you wrote:

"Hahahahaa. Again here are the facts. She had a kid so she knew how tuff it would be. She had two years to take this test and waited to the last minute to take the test. She got herself pregnant again knowing she had to take this test. She decided to breast feed knowing she would need to take a long test. Tuff shit on her."

So you are going to tell a breastfeeding woman "tuff shit" when she is in pain?

I guess you are a-kick-them-while-they-are-down kind of guy. Remind me to never trust you if I am ever in a jam.

You fail to realize that in America a woman has the right to have as many kids as she wants, and can breastfeed them if she wants, and should not have to suffer insensitive "tuff shit" insults, from sleazy jerks like you, when she is in pain.

Well thankfully, unlike you, the Mass. State appeals court has principles, and Sophie Currier is going to be able to take her exam with 60 extra minutes of break time so that she can breast pump, and not have to suffer painful breast swelling during her exam.

To The Jim again

"1) I am saying a nursing women can take a test but should get 0 special treatment."

Actually what you really said was "tuff shit" suffer bitch!

"2) Yes they are. We live in a world with 14 types of birth control and abortion."

For religious reasons abortion is not an option that a lot of women are willing to considered. And no birth control method other than abstinence and surgery is 100% effective. In any case telling a lactating woman, about to take a 9 hour test, that she can't breast pump is unfair and unreasonable.

"3) Yes. This is not fantasy dream world where you can cook your cake and eat it too. It seems to take a lot of time and effort to be a good parent and to be a good doctor it requires a great deal of time and effort. If you don’t have the family support or the monetary means to pay someone to watch the child, you need to make the decision on what is more important. Unfortunately physics does not give a damn about your perverted upper-class feminism."

By your reasoning even a breastfeeding women with monetary means and a baby sitter would still have to suffer during a 9 hour exam, because the only way a lactating woman can relieve herself of pain, is with an extended break to breast pump. It's an issue of breaks during an exam, not family support or monetary means. Sophie Currier could be the richest most supported woman in the world, but she would still need an extended break to breast pump (or she will suffer serious pain). But you are too much of an insensitive pig to allow Sophie Currier to take extended breaks to breast pump during her exam while she is lactating.

"4) No, I am saying unreasonable accommodations should not be made and giving her two days and a hour break each of those days is unreasonable. A reasonable accommodation is giving a ramp to a wheel chair bound person."

An extra 60 minutes of break to breast pump hardly sounds unreasonable, but your wanting to deny that 60 extra minute sounds very unreasonable.

“5) First there is no such thing as an unintended pregnancy for this girl. Second, I am saying just because she is a mother does not mean she gets special treatment.

By say no "special treatment" for breastfeeding mother, what you are really say is "tuff shit" bitchs, suffer.”

BTW, what are you, god??? How do you know Sophie Currier’s pregnancy wasn’t unintended?

"6) No, but you don’t get special treatment."

From you they get "tuff shit!"

To Over there, in the hat

"If I ever end up at Mass General, she will not be my doctor. I’ll be curious to see what happens if she fails this time around."

If she fails it, she fails it, but I am going to feel a lot comfortable about her failing the exam as long as I know that her lactating wasn't a hindrance for her.

I could really care less what kind of person Ms. Currier is, but the principle of the matter is that a woman's choice to breastfeed should not be used against her.

I don't see the appeals court decision as a victory for Ms. Currier, I see it as a victory for women who choose to breastfeed.

To Canuckistan Bob

You forgot to give some credit to DurianJoe and JulieBird, and a lot of other people that I can remember at the moment.

To BadReligion, the Philadelphia-based nonprofit corporation board that administers the exam had no problem with making adjustments to conform to Ms. Currier's (or anybody else's) ADD and Dyslexia, but they had problem with her wanting more time to breast pump. Bringing up her ADD and Dyslexia is irrelevant to the case and to this discussion. As was bringing up the fact that she had 2 kids (though I know it wasn't you that did that).

To Anonymous Troll 09:05 AM

Your question is really off topic here, but if you want an answer to your question, just look over my past letters that were addressed to you.

I'm going to keep a copy of this letter on my hard drive, so that I can post it again if you (the anonymous troll) tries to derail future topics here at Broadsheet.

To AKA Smith

Thank you for not giving the anonymous troll any of your attention.

I have already answered the question of how a feminist would respond to an accusation of rape against their son, and I did that because I actually have son.

To AKA Smith

You gave the anonymous troll your disgust. Which is understandable, because I am pretty disgusted with him to.
