  • Porn/erotica

    Easily my favorite topic.

In straight/lesbian porn/erotica the men aren't abused in the sense that you are suggesting, and more correctly they are just props. Most men you ask would jump at the chance to be a porn star, but women are considerably more skittish on the subject, which I think exemplifies the difference in sexual mind frames that men and women possess. Can the porn/erotica industry be respectful to women? I would like to think so.

Like all straight men, for years I have been trying to figure out what makes women wet between the legs (lesbians of course already know), as I know somebody stands to make a lot money once they have figured out how to package and market what turns women on. A women's group, if they were so inclined, could be that somebody. But women also seem to have a better idea of what turns straight men on than even straight men do themselves. Turning on a man, gay or straight, is probably the easiest thing in the world to do (though gay men know what other gay men want more so than straight women do).

Hence why I think women could rule the porn/erotica industry, if they wanted to. They know what to package and how to market it, better than men do, and could easily run the male run porn/erotica production companies out of the business, if a women's group was so inclined.

But women and women's groups remain skittish on porn, which is odd considering, as you mentioned, that they could really exploit men in the industry. Men, both straight and gay, will do really stupid things to get sex on an almost daily basis, but women rarely do stupid things to get sex.

Actually I think it would be a bad idea to eliminate all male actors from straight porn/erotica, but most straight men will tell you that they would rather see a woman with a strap-on than a dude. But male porn actors could be enticing to straight female porn/erotica customers. I have wondered if women would be interested in seeing an explicit Brad Pitt erotic movie? However, I think such a movie would have the best change of being enticing to women, if the script and production of the movie came out of the mind of a woman.

"I am so glad there are people like LeftyPiss who get to decide not only where I must spend my money but wheather or not I get to be part of the human race."

The congress gets to choose how your tax dollars are spent. And if you disagree, and refuse to pay, then you are in criminal violation. However I am offering you the choice to extricating yourself from the human race, and from the rights afforded to you in the constitution, rather than go to prison, if you choose not to pay your taxes. But my offer to you has no legal merit what-so-ever; get convicted of tax evasion, and you will go to prison.

What would you rather be; a contributing American, or a whining, unhappy, tax evader (on his way to prison), only because you don't want to support mothers and children.
