Consent
[Read the article: Roundup: Mistresses ruin corrupt Chinese official]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]I think I figured out Franklin's puzzle.
Franklin I'll describe this in terms of consent.
Example #1: You and your girlfriend are in bed, and you ask her, "Honey please put your vibrator into my ass." In that example you would be giving your girlfriend consent to enter your body. But, if you passed out drunk, and your girlfriend stuck her vibrator up your ass, because she thought you would like it, then yes, she did it without your consent, and she did in fact rape you.
Example #2: Your asleep and your girlfriend notices that you have a woody (an erection), and she then decides to try and put it into her body without waking you up. Even though you were asleep and unable to give her consent, she did not rape you, because her putting your penis into her body IS NOT AN ENTRY INTO YOUR BODY. Consent from the man during heterosexual sex is not necessary, because nothing goes into the man's body.
If, say, your girlfriend attacked your penis, then she would be guilty of sexual assault, and if she knowingly gave you an STD without telling you that she knew she was a carrier, then she would be guilty of something else.
If, say, during sex your girlfriend slipped her finger into your ass, without asking you first, then I think you might be able to charge her with rape, but I doubt that charge will go anywhere.
Sorry I called you an idiot Robert Franklin, and I hope this answers your question.

@AKA Smith

[Read more letters about this article: Here]Thanks my friend, and I agree with you entirely, but I will try to work on my anger management problem. I did say a few cruel things I wish I had not.

[Read more letters about this article: Here]Please provide an example of a case in which a man brought rape charges against a woman, because she "hopped on his woody."
I will agree that "hopping on a man's woody" would constitute sexual assault or sexual molestation, but not rape. In any case I doubt too many (if any) jury panels would believe that an incoherently drunk women, near to passing out, would be capable of "hopping on a woody." The positions of coitus are not the way that limp bodies would fall onto each other. If she was incoherently drunk, and she got entered, it was do to his penetration.
If the woman was not drunk, you might have a legitimate case of "a woman hopping on a woody," but I doubt it.

Amazingly
[Read the article: Roundup: Mistresses ruin corrupt Chinese official]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]Wow AKA Smith. Your anonymous antagonist is now attacking you with what you don't declare.
Could he possible sink to a lower level of desperation?
Anonymous, I already told you that date rape is not a gender balanced issue due to the difference in anatomy. Laws and trials have to reflect the fact that date rape is not a gender balanced issue.
How much longer are you going demonstrate how stupid you are, Anonymous? How much more longer are you going to attempt to defend/enable date rapists?

[Read more letters about this article: Here]"by your standard fetby a woman could tie a guy up at gunpoint make he take 10 viagra and then sit on his dick and it wouldn't be rape"
I would consider that sexual assault, or molestation, but not rape.
"Guy on his back, passed out-unconscious-in coma-deeply asleep, get him hard, insert into cavity of your choice. Viola, according to NYS you've just likely raped a guy."
Again, I would consider that sexual assault, or molestation, but not rape. And, an incoherently drunk woman would not be able to pull off what you described.

Why the conservatives pundits are irate!
[Read the article: Petraeus' Pentagon skeptics]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]The conservatives pundits know that the General "betray Us" nick name is going to stick to General Petraeus for each month that he leads forces in the failure that is the Iraq fiasco, just as the "Waste-More-Land" nick name stuck to General Westmoreland during the Viet Nam war.
The con pundits do not want Gen Petraeus to become the poster child for failure.

[Read more letters about this article: Here]I agree with everything you wrote, except the part that men must give up porn, and strip clubs (please hear me out on this one). Porn and Strip clubs are mostly and usually misogynistic, but there is some good porn (or rather erotica I guess is the better term to describe it), that is delightful for adults of both sexes to watch, and is not in least bit offensive (the movie "9 Songs" comes to mind). Nice strip clubs are almost impossible to find (and I can't think of any one that is good at the moment), but that doesn't mean that one couldn't be respectful to women if it was setup properly.
I agree with you that adult entertainment is a big part of the problem, but it doesn't have to be.

Selective services
[Read the article: Roundup: Mistresses ruin corrupt Chinese official]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]Raider6704, about the only thing on your tripe that made any sense was women not registering for selective services. I do agree with you that woman should register for selective services.
The rest of what you wrote is as usual, boring!
People do not become Feminists out of fear, and Feminists know they can disagree with parts of the Feminist agenda if they want to. For instance I am totally against gun control (but I have no problem with gun control propositions being passed by popular vote at the state and local level), and I acknowledge that some issues cannot be treated as gender balanced, because the difference in anatomy between men and women makes them issues that cannot be treated as gender balanced issues (for instance breast feeding), and as I started earlier I believe adult entertainment can be produced so that it would not be misogynistic.
If you choose to disagree with Feminism, Raider, that's you choice, and we respect the fact that you do not want to be a part of the movement, but once you attack us, we will attack you, because everyone has the right to defend themselves.
