Simply Amazing

I will never understand the point of the so-called PUMAs who continue to rant like petulant children then wonder why their arses aren't kissed enough for trying to sandbag the election.

Republicans must love these useful idiots who would cut off their nose to spite their face.

"We're just doing it first."

Hence my comparison to petulant children whining because their favorite didn't make team captain. Hillary Clinton lost and her supporters aren't going to accomplish anything by stamping their tiny feet and throwing tantrums.

Ah, the old charge of sexism.

Clinton didn't lose because she ran an awful campaign, was divisive, phony, and had enough negative baggage to stuff a commerical airliner. It was all because she was a woman and those that didn't support her (even female voters apparently) want to rollback the 19th Amendment.

What a crock.

I didn't vote for Hillary because I find her untrustworthy and didn't think that because she had the Clinton brand name it entitled her to a coronation as soon as she became a contender. I guess that makes me a misogynist because I don't place sex as a priority for those seeking the nomination.

Thinking for oneself...

They capitulated to decade-old GOP Hillary hate talk: she's divisive, phony, negative baggage and untrustworthy.

No, the old GOP hate talk against Hillary was that she was the living incarnation of Satan, Stalin, and Hitler and had some hidden death squad knocking off rivals while plotting some grand socialist utopia.

The rest of us realized that she was untrustworty, divisive, phony, etc from actually watching her career over the years. We weren't blinded by Bill Clinton as the great and shining star leaving his wife to fill some great political dynasty. Just because the Right Wing attacked Hillary doesn't mean she automatically qualifies as a Saint, nor does it mean that half the party follows in lock-step with the Clintons.

If anything look beyond the insular world of petty party rivalries to see where the election will really be decided.

So what happend?

The Hillary supporters on this forum keep saying that "half of the Democratic Party" wanted Clinton to get the nomination? Certainly this would be reflected in the amount of cash dedicated to paying off this debt.

You'd think that with 8 million people..

...they'd at least chip in a couple of dollars each to pay off her campaign debt.

"The rest of us" you mean those section of the Democratic party who all of a sudden because of Obama realized that the Senator from New York, the former first lady who senate colleagues hold in high regard, is now "untrustworthy, divisive and phony." Wow, how was she able to pull more than 18 million voters equal to Obama, the rock, perfection incarnated and more than 10 times Biden his obvious choice for V.P?

See, that's the funny thing. I hardly think he's perfection incarnate so you can drop the strawman. What I saw was Hillary, who was expected to be crowned Queen at the start of the Primaries, who was the insider favorite, who had the war chest and the heavy contacts within the DNC, who was a name brand thanks to her husband, go down in flames from a charismatic rookie. That should show you just how fragile your precious candidate really is.

But alas, I should speak badly of her majesty so off with my head!

As for raising millions she is now in the hole for just that amount and can't seem to get bailed out by her supposedly loyal following of "18 million". Go figure.

What is funny is that as a Democrat I was not expecting you to continue to harbor this resentment against another Democrat. That is definitely a sign of immaturity.

Ahhh, where did I say I was a Democrat? I've been an independent voter for quite some time now which apparently frees me from being a slave to like and dislike whatever candidate I see fit.

During the start of the Democratic primary in 1988, Jesse Jackson was the choice of majority of registered voters. I did not hear anybody say that he expected to be crowned king because of his name recognition, inside connection and all the crap you touted.

Jessie Jackson was never the favorite to win the nomination in 1988 nor, apart from name recognition, did he fit any of the criteria I stated previously. You need to find a relevant example first.

What is new is the vehement attack on Hillary. It is not necessary for you to continue to use the primaries to bash another Democrat.

Given the amount of vitriol I've heard from the PUMA brigade regarding Obama I find your commentary incredibly ironic.

Physician heal thyself.

And lest I forget, I do not worry about Hillary's debt. Campaigns get saddled with debts all the time and she will be fine. That should be least of your worries in a presidential election the Democrats have advantages but do not seem to get traction from all the arrogant, petulant nonsensical crap coming from people like you.

It seems the point flew entirely over your head. If half the democratic party was behind Hillary as you claim then her rank and file supporters of "18 million" should be able to cough up a few dollars to remove her campaign debt.

Except that you and many others are inflating her true support and the dollars speak for themselves.

But please continue with the personal attacks. It makes you look like an even bigger hypocrite.
