stretched a little thin emotionally today.
educated person keeps reading after you write "socialists in Congress?"
"There's Something Out There." Horror fan explains to his teen friends step-by-step how the monsters in the woods will kill them all.
for Minnesota and the nation.
Waasaaaaaay more people in the US agree that assassination should be illegal than agree that abortion should be illegal (however you deliberately misread the Gallup Poll). That you use this thread to talk about that issue, rather than talking about the callous and self-serving response of Terry, is despicable. I had come to expect better from you.
That Reagan was too funny.
We are pretty good at snacking on our babies too.
That's just pointless snobbery.
but Sibecker made me laugh out loud. Thanks, guys.
would predict such a dire, binary future. Time to do a little reading, Mr. Ludd
It is KIND of funny that you are proud of how stupid you are.
But I am skeptical of someone not remembering the specifics of encounters bad enough to make her leave a graduate program.
Break up. This will only get worse.
day is night, sound is color. Marxism is a religion. My words mean whatever I want them to mean.
Many of us stop reading as soon as we see Democrat Party rather than Democratic Party. Sort of how you stop reading when people start to insult you gratuitously, moron.
Learn a new game. Take a colleague to lunch. My 63-year-old boss just married to a 63-year-old woman.
The process continues, and election officials are unsure of a few ballots out of around 3 million. Your demotion of Minnesota is really harsh, dude.
No matter what the Obama administration does, Republicans will start screaming "Leftist!" by January 22, 2009 and they won't stop until 2016.
Do you read ANY of the articles before you start posting?
I think that whole thing about the humorlessness of (insert feminist, leftist, liberals or whatever) is mostly made up. I see a lot of humorlessness on all sides, but some of the funniest and happiest people I ever knew are waaaaaaaaaay left. Humor doesn't seem to show up much in political blogs in general.
because I was mentioned in this cool column. They asked "Who is Traduced?"
So stop beating it.
I am as boomer as they come but I had to look up every popular culture reference you made starting with 'Wavy Gravy.' Do the old people in your life really smell bad? And what the hell have your parents done to you?
The evidence just isn't on your side. Obama made amazing gains in unusual demographics and had an extraordinary ground game. The margin of victory could have been narrower, but his campaign was superior and there is no compelling "might have been" scenario for his loss.
Nader -- from consumer advocate hero to zealot and enemy of the people. Let's give him some attention after the election.
Only weeks after many prominent Republicans have endorsed him!
My cousin has this friend who knows someone who was harassed by a Hutterite for Obama. This is 2008, so provide undoctored video of stfu.
It provides oblique market strategies for denying rights we thought were settled by Griswold v Connecticut. The next question will be whether pharmacists can deny medications for other behavior -- no penicillin for your std, sinner!
We probably won't be able to move the state legislatures that did this (and the faith pharmacies won't be able to move the legislatures that require dispensing contraception either) but we can pressure insurance providers to leave these pharmacies out of network, or get after doctors to recommend only those pharmacies that dispense all medications.
Before he starts making trouble with his committee chairmanships.
and unashamed. I am sending more money to Tinklenberg today.
"Liberals" exercising their First Amendment rights to protest without shouting racial slurs. Shocking! So revealing!
Agreed, but it was always Elephantman who was snarky and name-calling, and as wrong-headed as Rreader has been, he usually refrains from the 'moron!' type comments.
All of their pundits, led by Bennett came out with "McCain's best performance" and how he would be winning now if he had performed this well all along. They shut up when they saw the results of their own polls, except for Anderson Cooper who acted as if he was calling if for Obama all along.
And as I flipped through the channels I heard every single Republican shill talk about 'Obama on defense, McCain on offense,' and was reminded once again how coordinated they plan.
By the way, Rreader has always been pretty polite so we should respond in kind. Just sayin.'
Here in Fargo, North Dakota.
There is no Ayers issue. There is a political fiction layered with smears, but there is no issue. I still felt the hope and promise of two great candidates until the McCain campaign went toxic and stopped talking about anything real.
So, the mystery is how ANYONE can still think that the Republicans can offer a way out of the several disasters created and sustained on their watch -- drowned an American city, lost a war, mismanaged another war, voided the 4th Amendment and the separation of powers, and ruined the greatest economy in the history of the human species.
Yeah, your Republican friends really don't like Ayers. . .
I can't stand these guys who hurt the party and the country with this kind of behavior -- but he was particularly scurrilous to this poor woman.
She did that anti-war film with Cusack.
I know you are just believing all that as hard as you can.
I wouldn't vote for McCain if you tied a bomb to my neck, but what is any Republican supposed to do with those questions?
McCain won? Watch the debate with the dial-o meters. Watch the debate with the sound off. Listen to the debate without the video. Read a transcript. If you still think McCain won then seek treatment for schizophrenia.
