    Daily Kos is just another of the boy's clubs. Though I tried to avoid it during the primaries, kept stumbling into it from links and each time was sickened by the commentary.

    Some of cruelest, most spittle-spewing, vulgar, hateful, sexist rants I have ever read -- left or right. Kos did nothing to dial it back, on the contrary he and the other contributors and moderators actively encouraged it. Any comment deviating from accepted doctrine was viciously attacked, and doubly so if the writer could be identified as a woman. Apparently for the Daily Kos readers, female suffrage was a bad idea. Their dogmatic intolerance is EXACTLY like that on the Right. Walt Kelly was right.

    I hope the dems win big. But Kos could "predict" tomorrow's sunrise, and I'd still wait up to make sure. Haven't gone back since. Wonder how many others feel the same way?
