Logan Act: Wikipedia Update...

...I just now (afternoon of 4/6/07) looked up the Logan Act using Wikipedia.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Logan_Act

Some wingnut already has Pelosi as an entry via a potential Logan Act perpertrator.

re: Untermenschen...

..For what it's worth, according to my internets language translator, the literal translation of "Untermenschen" is "under human-being."

Since I don't speak German (like some of you) I found that interesting.

Good point about...

Ahmedinijad.

The American War Party props this guy up as a lunatic until he begins the bully talk.

Then, as you suggest, he's suddenly to be believed.

Which dovetails into the ABC meme: ABC, being the good War Party advocates they are, were not going to correct previous false info as long as the flag was drapped off their pro-war propaganda reporting.

I love the way the 4th estate stenographers now collectively bury their heads' in the sand when confronted with polls that show the American public thinks Bush & his 4th estate approved war is a disaster.

That's why they now do People Magazine hit jobs on Nancy Pelosi & extensive "critical analysis" pieces on Ann Nicole Smith.

He's a weak coward, but a King he is...

...It's ironic matters & debates concerning an American president being christened King take place while an America president who is universially loathed is in office.

Take a president who is detested by 70% of Americans (and close to 100% by non-Americans) and yet you have .00001% of Americans who long to see the wastrel knave rule as some ancient, barbaric War-King.

Sounds like something out of a fantasy novel (think Lord of the Rings).

Kings bear no burden...

...of issuing documents to his subjects.

Whether high arbiter or wronged widow, the King commands his own paperwork at his own pleasure.

(Though, it must be noted, Squire Kristol, of the Monarch Council, will be handed the papyrus if it pleases the King).

Please keep this in mind while soliciting King George for documents he feels he is under no obligation to present you in the first place.

However...

...the elitist-hating hicks (ie, the Republican base) refuse to acknowledge the BushCo government is geared to doing little more than serving elites (think tax cuts for the rich, etc.).

A grasp of irony was never their strong-suit.

But I agree to the extent that intellectuals (i.e., people with non-Liberty U. degrees & the ability to logically deal with reality) have been demonized by the right so as to render them virtual social pariahs.
