Shuster's "no bitterness, no regrets."

A careful reading of Shuster's comment re: Chelsea Clinton being "pimped out" by her parent"s

campaign, reveals that not only does he have "no regrets" for his tasteless language, but that he sees himself as a victim who was "thrown under the bus for the sins of the father" (MSNBC).

Then again, is an apology for stupidity ever really appropriate?

Original article: The Israel rules

Gary's long and logical piece

is right on in every single aspect of the argument regarding the current situation in Israel and Gaza. It is a crime that most Americans will never see or even have a chance to be exposed to this important and logical argument.

And if B Obama had an ounce of courage, at the very least he would be talking about the facts expressed here and in a perfect world would be shouting these facts to the world!

Original article: Olbermann's wasted moment

Medicare recipients absolutely

DO PAY A MONTHLY PREMIUM and the non negotiable amount paid comes right out of their social security check every single month. Furthermore most recipients find it necessary to take out rather costly secondary insurance in order to get good coverage and affordable care as well as partial drug coverage.

Many are fearful that the program roughly proposed (?) by the Administration will prosper at the expense and on the backs of seniors who have worked hard and long for their SS AND Medicare. This is causing great friction between and among the generations. The same could happen between the rich and the poor if wealthy elders can afford care which becomes no longer available to their poorer contemporaries
