Back-Seat Tooning
OK, now I'm really dripping with righteous contempt and dismissal, and after months-- nay, years!-- of lurking, I am finally compelled to confront Tom Tomorrow with the pitiless, awful truth.
There is a major flaw in this cartoon that none of the previous detractors have referenced: don't you think the bad apples should have had worms sticking out of them? Or brown spots, or even that cross-hatching "bruise" effect?
I trust you're not secretly in the pay of the criminal cabal, and deftly and subliminally slipping in positive messages by drawing apples that actually look appetizing!
Just sayin'...

Other than in Glenn Greenwald, and the reporting of the story in War Room, anyways.
How many Salon "think" pieces about "bittergate"?

Why doesn't someone run this story along with clips of Ms. Rice stating on the TV that "This government does not torture" and similar clips from the rest of the criminal gang in the White House and DOD? Not a surprise that these weasels stand by and let the little people take the fall. Ouch, gotta go; my political ulcer again!!

Missing, or overlooking, the point?
Isn't the fact that "bowling scores," "lapel pins," "bitter," "Wright/Ayers/Farrakhan," and whatever "scandal" du jour that aligns with right wing talking points are the "news" stories, whereas the released torture memos, the torture meetings, and countless other acts of illegality are not, the bigger point here?
Well, -- yea, if you want to get all accurate and stuff.

Great cartoon. I loved the faces, even if what they're doing in the White House makes me sick.
