  • Perfect!

And thus Clinton's campaign completes its devolution into a Rovean nightmare: Pretty much all Tom Tomorrow has to do is give a fact-based rendition of what Clinton is doing, and it's both true and funny! Well, scary really, more than funny. I just hope soon he can turn to making a parody of her exit from the race, whatever ugly form it ends up taking. I used to feel like I really favored Obama but would settle for Clinton; now it's hard to know how I'd do that. If it came down to Clinton and McCain, it really would be a lesser of two evils vote.

  • Great Cartoon

Get ready for the attacks. But the sad fact of the matter is that this is all true.

  • Funny,

Funny, but sad and true too.

  • "The rules in this instance"

"Let's disenfranchise Florida and Michigan voters because the rules say they don't count (and besides if they count, I lose and I'm entitled to win "Affirmative Action style" by sending my lawyers to shut down re-votes)"

"Let's not let superdelegates determine the best candidate at the end of the process when we'll be left with small margins in pledged delegates and the popular vote, even though the rules say they exist to prevent Democrats from nominating a sure loser like me"

  • Love Tom Tomorrow but not Today

Disappointed here. Hilary Clinton is not the Antichrist. Politics is hard. Hardball!

Disappointed that the poor lambs who fervently support Obama (who is a fine candidate) are mewling, shocked about how MEAN politics is, how evil that Hillary is for trying to win!

Uh, are you NEW here? Yes, I think so.

Can someone tell me again why (young, inexperienced) Obama's coronation is so taken for granted? What exactly did he do again that was so superlatively outstanding and positive as a Senator that his supporters threaten to pitch a fit and hold their breath if they don't get their way?

Can someone explain how we are supposed to take seriously a class of voters (fervent Obama supporters) who threaten to vote for McCain rather than Clinton, should that be the outcome?

O RLY???? Grow up. Grow a pair, ladies too. Stop with the spoilt entitlement issues.

    This is how democracy works.

Perhaps a cartoon about how JFK unfairly won the 1960 election would be in order too.

  • I dream of a world...

...where Tom Tomorrow actually has to make a scenario up to be hilarious and maddening at the same time instead of just drawing a cartoon version of real events.

Man, I used to Love Bill Clinton because he did a great job at what we elected him to do... but WTF... will you destroy the your party and by proxy the whole country just to keep Hillary happy?

  • Uhhhh.....

Actually, polls have been showing that a much larger percentage of Hillary supporters intend to vote McCain. It's called reality....haven't been around that much, have you?

  • BO has destroyed the party and its chances

Man, I used to Love Bill Clinton because he did a great job at what we elected him to do... but WTF... will you destroy the your party and by proxy the whole country just to keep Hillary happy?

BO is the one destroying the party (and the country should he win the nomination, since he'll lose the election). He's cobbled together bullshit caucus wins with red states Democrats have no chance of winning, and with the mainstream media's help is calling himself a "winner."

BO supporters are joining BO's lawyers in their fight to make sure Florida and Michigan voters aren't included in the process. Just to keep the Anointed One happy, to use your words.

I'm one of the 28% who won't be voting for BO. I decided in 2000 that election thieves are scumbags.

  • No mention of sniper fire?

How could Tom Tomorrow do a new Hillary cartoon without even mentioning the recent "sniper fire" fiasco?

  • lolcait

So, if I live in a small state, my vote is "bullshit" and I've stolen the nomination???? Please explain further. Also, I'd like to know what the Obama campaign has actively done to prevent Michigan and Florida revotes...granted, he's done nothing to go out of the way to support them..

Bottom line, your delusional...maybe even bat-shit crazy.

  • miclark

If your state held a caucus its vote is bullshit.

  • Hmmmm.........

Something reeks of a Limbaugh saboteur in here.

O.k., lolcait, enjoy your McCain presidency if you get it.

Have fun with your gutted federal regulatory agencies and your corporate welfare. Should be a hoot.

    p.s.- Say hi to Limbaugh.

  • Grow up

Oy, this is getting stupid. I get it; you don't like Hillary. Get over it. It's an election, let the voters decide. All this talk about how evil Hillary is going to make the superdelegates select her is premature and base fear-mongering. The race is still close. Jeez, when Obama was behind by the number of delegates that Hillary is down by all anyone wanted to talk about was how well he was doing and how it was basically a statistical tie. All this whining for Clinton to drop out is doing more damage to the image of the Democratic party than Hillary's tactics. And I'm saying this as an Obama supporter. Enough already.

  • Gutted regulatory agencies and corporate welfare?

If BO is anti-corporate and pro-working class, why did he vote for Bush's "Class Action Fairness Act"?

    http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/articles/A32674-2005Feb17.html

House Majority Whip Roy Blunt (R-Mo.) said in support of the bill, "Frivolous lawsuits are clogging America's judicial system, endangering America's small businesses, jeopardizing jobs and driving up prices for consumers."

But Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.), the House minority leader, and other Democrats charged that the legislation is a payoff to big business, at the expense of consumers, for supporting Bush's reelection.

"When Americans are injured or even killed by Vioxx or Celebrex or discriminated against by Wal-Mart, they may never get their day in court," Pelosi said.

"This bill is the Vioxx protection bill, it is the Wal-Mart protection bill, it is the Tyco protection bill, and it is the Enron protection bill," said Rep. Jay Inslee (D-Wash.), the Associated Press reported.

  • Freakin' hilarious

    Because it's true.

You want a list of his acheivements or "what he did that was so great" SI can give it to you. Early in this campaign it's how those of us who supported him started out. However it was ignored and instead the name-calling (on both sides) began. At that point we were told both we and our candidate stood no chance because both were young and inexperienced and had to learn that politics is tough. It's hardball. Hence the new attitude you're getting from Obama supporters.

I find it funny that Clinton supporters, who pretty much tried to run Obama and his supporters out of the race by complaining that "he wasn't tough enough" are now the ones complaining about how horribly tough Obama supporters are on poor Hillary. It's what you asked for. She and her supporters tried to make him unelectable by claiming he wasn't tough enough. Now he's being too tough? Give me a break.
