It is called "hands free" you idiot, spend $20 on a blue tooth handset and leave us alone. BTW, all those laws you complain about were passed by your knuckle dragger ideological siblings.
Driving safely, like having good sex, requires the used of both hands. You will find out why once you graduate from driver's ed or have your first human sexual intercourse, whichever comes first.
It is a common misconception that humans only need one hand to perform complex tasks which shared among those whose only exercise of higher intellect has been masturbation -which requires only one hand-. You know how the old adage goes, "if your only tool is a hammer, every problem is a nail" right?
Further involvement with the human experience will soon teach you why evolution favoured a two-armed approach, simple, symmetrical, and yet so practical.
