Pain in the neck
When I was a mere sprat of 17, couple of decades ago, I developed a spasmodic torticollis. They treated it by 1) putting a cervical collar on me and 2) drugging the living shit out of me. Some kind of heavy-duty muscle relaxant. I spent so much time sleeping that the pain wasn't really an issue. Took about a week and half for it to go away, but it did, and it never came back.
Botox sounds nice.
