My 2 Cents
You could argue things take awhile to get good. Think about Seinfeld. Have you ever seen early episodes? And they were nearly cancelled that first year.
I can't get behind making your point like a guy stuck in traffic. Way back, when people invented civility, it was for a reason. Everyone has bitterness, and worthwhile things to say. Mix the two, and the first overwhelms the second, not least in the reaction you'll get from the target.
Oh well, whatever..
