I think it was a joke, Keef trying hip backwards grammar and failing.

Isn't the word "been" out of place in the middle panel of the bottom row?
It currently says "and the ladies have sportin' diapers at the clubs...been", while the word order that makes sense to me is "and the ladies have been sportin' diapers at the clubs".
Am I merely showing my un-hipness? (not unlikely) Or is this a bizarre accident?
