  • Hey Mom, More Mar-teeny Puffs!

Just love those l'il olive bits!

    Thanks for the laughs...

  • Doug?

Sorry, the comic Doug I'm familiar with is drawn by (fellow musician) Jack Logan, accompanying The Coolies LP release 'Doug!' circa 1989.

It's the story of the rise and fall of Doug the skinhead short order cook with the Pledge of Allegiance tattooed on his head, who flogs the cross dressing chef 'pussycook', steals his cookbook, makes a fortune, and tragically can't handle it. A fantastic record. Each song is stylized after such bands as The Who, The Replacements, and John Lennon. Logan also did the album art for Tommy Stinson's band 'Perfect'.

Previously, the Coolies recorded an album full of Simon & Garfunkel songs entitled 'Dig?' fyi

Well his accent might stink, but at least he knows where to put the verbs.

  • Z-list has been reality TV

    Thy time has come. Again.

  • Oh Dear.

One can but hope this doesn't last as long as the current Way Lay or the not missed nor lamented Kansas O'F.

  • Brilliant!

Keep it up! Piss off the same people who hated Larry Dodson! Family Circus is lying on the front porch for whoever wants it!

I presume later episodes will have some juicy behind-the-scenes dirt on his work in Super-Fun-Pak Comix.

  • Hey, this is great!

When are you going to start on the Illustrated Borges project?
