NO, MR. PRESIDENT, WE DON'T THINK YOU
[Read the article: Bill Clinton and the "race card"]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]should be taking any shit about it either! lol
The only time the Obama campaign has discussed race is when he can put a chip on shoulder and bitch about something someone else said! Or in the case of his mouthly Rev. Wright, be forced to say something about race. And in that nationally televised speech on "race and politics," Obama did more to place the blame for such racism on everyone else (old Negroes, his Grandmother, etc.) than he did to accept responsiblity for attending a church where such hatred is obviously spewed regularly enough to have gotten used to it!
Every political operative worth his/her salt knows that if Obama started talking about race, and the fact that his campaign was counting on all those Southern states dominated by Democratic African-American voters to look much stronger than it actually is/was, that he'd lose.
Clinton's biggest error was tactical and strategic - not racist. Her campaign was geared for a General Election before they won the Primary. Her debates, her bearing, comments, tactics, etc. - and those of her surrogates, including the President - reflected that mind set.
Obama is cagey - jabbing and fading, bobbing and weaving, playing rope-a-dope. He's not "sharp elbows" as the media talking heads would like us to think, using basketball terminology. He's trying to run out the clock on a boxing match where he can't throw anymore invalid punches against the Clintons that will stick, and, therefore, cannot score anymore points. Barack Obama could very well lose the decision.

WANT TO REWORD THAT?
[Read the article: The painful task of measuring racism]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]How would you know that 15% are racist? Could there be other reasons? And, if so, why should that be a shock to you - Obama - his operatives - and anyone else? Just 15? I'm impressed. We've come along way.

TOO BAD
[Read the article: Clinton's surprising appearance on "Countdown"]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]the rest of the Obama shills were not paying attention so they could learn something. Even Fox gave a better, balanced coverage of the Pennsylvania primary results than CNN did with their panel of retreads.

GOT IT WRONG - AGAIN
[Read the article: Will the Democrats flop in Denver?]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]The argument that the Democratic Party cannot have a "real" convention unless it's nominee is already determine is hogwash! Why not let the convention actually do what it's supposed to do - nominate a nominee?
McCain's scripted-by-the-book affair will be boring compared to what is going on at Democratic Central in Denver. I predict one big snooze for McCain's event as most prospective voters already have him defined as George W. McCain by then anyway. And how much more "war, war, and more war" symbolism do you think the American people care to salute?
The Democratic Party might be one big free-for-all as so-called pledged delegates break ranks, try to leverage their votes with their local party hacks, and otherwise create a real democratic mess the likes of which we have not seen for a long, long time. But who would NOT want to turn in to see what happens next?

WHAT ARE YOU PERPLEXED ABOUT?
[Read the article: My husband constantly upstages me]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]The guy needs serious counseling and you need to find an attorney. His anger at "whatevah!" is his motivation for wanting to see you destroyed, hurt, and with nothing - like him.
I don't see this guy changing overnight and what does it say about you to stay with someone who is sabotaging your objectives, trashing you to friends and relatives, and otherwise emotionally abusing you?
Get out while you still have your sanity, a job you love, friends, and relatives who are not yet tired of the drama - and leave a note telling him he's a nut case and he needs help. Yes, sometimes the truth does hurt.
