[Read more letters about this article: Here]My children are spanked. Well at least my youngest is. My oldest now respondes better to having her computer taken away or not being allowed friends over. The problem with spanking is that most people do it wrong. It should never be done in anger. It should never be done with an object. It should only be done for things that the child knows will result in a spanking, in our house that would be direct disobedience. The reason our society has a problem with spanking is that we don't want any one to tell us that we have done something wrong. We don't want consequences for our actions.

[Read more letters about this article: Here]I am a traditionalist but it did not even slightly bother me that my sister and her Ex husband cooked dinner. Her ex cleaned up after dinner. The only clean up any of the other women did was pack up leftovers to take home. The only man that got away with doing nothing even for himself was my brother but he is the baby so we baby him.

Women have always done this sometimes it has been the only way a woman could make money. I do believe women should not limit there possiblilties to this practice but it is a lucritive and quick way to give a charity alot of money.

Our family rule is everyone goes to church on Sunday. This even applied to my until recently athiest husband.

I usaully side with Concerned Women but they are dead wrong on this. We need to do everything in our power to help a girl decide to keep her baby. Few and only truely stupid girls are going to have a baby to miss a few weeks of school.

Really it a shame the Dems didn't think those of us in michigan deserved a chance to vote for them. I think its kind of telling about how they feel about what the regular joe thinks.
