The South Carolina governor, Mark Sanford, can cheat on his wife to his heart's content and make a mockery of the institution of marriage, but when he used taxpayers' money to have a sexual affair with an Argentinian woman since 2001 and made intentionally misleading statements about it to deceive his wife, 4 sons, and the public and "reimbursed" the public $8000.00 for the last plane trip falsely stating that the affair began in 2008, he lost all credibility. He's the South Carolinian version of pastor Ted Haggard but with access to public monies he misappropriated for personal pleasure. His political career was built on "FAMILY VALUES" and "FISCAL CONSERVATISM" rhetoric, but he spared no expense to jet off to Argentina like a Wall Street banker using bail-out money to sexually pleasure himself when school children in his impoverished state were denied the basic necessities of an education because of his political grandstanding in denying the Obama stimulus money. He is rewrapping himself in Jesus Christ to rehabilitate and resurrect his political career like King David. He is as SPIRITUALLY IMPOVERISHED as his state is financially impoverished, and that's why he should be indicted and criminally prosecuted for his crimes against the taxpayers.

GOD Bless the Pope--he's doing what Jesus Christ would do. You can't worship at the altar of GREED while claiming to be a Christian. When Pope Benedict came to America a while ago, he chastised Catholics who support capital punishment as being hypocritical--life is either sacred or it isn't; you can't have it both ways if you are a true Christian. The Pope had the courage to say what is political incorrect in this country, and I admire and respect him for that even though I'm not a Catholic or even very religious. GOD Bless Pope Benedict. Great job of investigative reporting by Joan Walsh on Sarah Palin's self-serving pathological dishonesty about those ethics complaints filed against her by her fellow Alaskans and Republican colleagues. You are the "liberal news media" Palin feels is out to get her, but she is her own worst enemy. The trouble is so many Americans are pathetically stupid and dishonest that she can do no wrong in their eyes. She's George W. Bush in drag to them.

The more revelations that serious crimes were perpetrated by Bush/Cheney officials, the less likely it seems that U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder will do the right thing and criminally prosecute them. Covering up war crimes is a war crime in and of itself, and Mr. Holder and President Obama are becoming accessories after the fact. They don't have the intestinal fortitude or political will to do the right thing. When Obama said there is only one system of justice, he was lying through his hypocritical teeth. The rich (Wall Street CEO's) and politically-privileged (Bush/Cheney officials) are above the law because Obama and Holder put them there--CRIMINAL JUST US. Obama is standing between the angry mob holding pitchforks and torches and his benefactors who are corrupt Wall Street executives proudly protecting them not realizing that he will be the first one to taste justice, and the same situation is developing with respect to Bush/Cheney war crimes and his protection of them.
