Why oh why...

...won't this country wake up and realize that this country was run by theocrats for 8 years... and we are about to have at least another 4 shoved down our collective throats if Obama does not stop them.

The Republican Party has been the party of theocrats for the past 20 years at least - Palin's presence on this ticket should surprise nobody.

Say good by for your lifetime to the supreme court, say goodbye to the line between church and state, say goodbye to sane foriegn policy...

If McCain and Moosebuger get elected - you can count on war with Iran - and we can all kiss our collective asses goodbye.

@ redkimba

I'd really like for you to explain... in full... exactly how the nomination was stolen from Hillary Clinton. I want every detail.

In my view, she lost, and please don't site the rules as the reason, Hillary knew the rules of the game going in and fully endorsed them - so don't even try.

I am sick to death of the PUMA bullshit. Every one of your posts is an emotional tirade with ZERO facts to back up your position.

If you don't like Obama - fine - don't vote for him. But don't justify it by pretending to have been wronged by the big bad Democratic Party.

Good grief - get a life already.

I am NOT a Walmart Shopper

And I should be given how tight money is at the homestead...

...but like the supposedly progressive PUMA's I have principles, such as not supporting slave labor systems and companies that can't be bothered to pay benefits for their overworked employees.

Walmart - great posterchild for supposed progressive feminists.

I'll shop at Goodwill or Salvation Army instead...

And vote for for Obama...

The stupid!!!

... IT HURTS!!!!

My brain is going to melt before this election is over...

I really can't stand it anymore.

NOT COMPLICATED!

Ah yes... and we should continue to pretend that "complicated" views of Obama are not just plain old racism. OK... whatever.

This country is toast. If these are the people deciding this election then we are done. People who can not explain why they "just can't relate" to Obama should be asked this question "If all else was equal, but Barrack Obama was a white protestantwould you vote for him?"

I bet I know the answer.

In the end, I don't want someone I can relate to in the White House, I want someone smarter, and more capable then myself in there running the show... Corporate boards don't hire CEOs based on how well they "relate", they hire them hopefully based on performance, vision, and leadership, and maybe brain power.

Finally...

An article about Palin that does not just point out the obvious...

This is the kind of information that the MSM needs to shine a light on - More like this please!!!

This woman should not be allowed within 100 miles of the white house or the levers of power. She is a slick opportunist, and will simply user her high office as a means to do what she wants.

@ sonofloud

Troll under every bridge these days...

Instead of spewing more BS around here...

Why don;t you try to refute what Mr. Knowles is saying? If the coin were reversed, and it was a Dem governor who had abused her office in this manner, you would be screaming at the top of your lungs.

Give it a rest and leave the political discussion to the adults.

Friday, September 12, 2008 02:13 PM

OK OK....

I get it...

McCain and Failin are not against Earmarks, just sneaky Earmarks.

Oh boy... The BS meter is really pegged. We are so screwed if this jackass gets elected and McSame bites it.

@ Flatblonde

I was thinking the same thing... her rambling is over the top incoherent... It's borderline Charlie Brown Teacher "wah wah wah wawawawa wah wah"

Monday, September 15, 2008 09:19 AM

@ rupert_c

Uh... sorry pal...

It was Sarah Palin who was on the tube advocating war with Russia (or the Soviet Union as McLame likes to call it). McCain is also for kicking Russia out of various world organizations etc..

How exactly does this square with your argument that Obama, who has done nothing but advocate for more diplomacy with our friends and foes alike, wants a new cold war?

You sir, are pulling this crap right out of your rear end, just like the rest of the GOP. Up is Down, Black is White etc...

Please go away until you have a real grown up argument that is not this easy to refute.

@ dlloyd

No...

John McCain has only "reached across the aisle" when it was good for his phony image as a "reformer". This only started after his crocodile tears over the Keeating 5 scandal and was the only way he could save his tattered reputation.

This is a man who finds all the loopholes in his own campaign finance laws and exploits them to the hilt. This is a man who lies out of both sides of his mouth every opportunity he gets. This is a man who has voted with his party 90% of the time and in lock step with a man who smeared him up and down during the 2000 campaign.

Spare me the "Reach across the aisle" bull... I could care less how many times he reaches across the aisle, because every time - it was to cultivate his own carefully crafted self image.

John McCain is a BS artist of the highest order.
