The Ultimate Indulged Boomer refuses to accept defeat

Like the monster dangling off the end of the spaceship in "Alien," Hillary Clinton refuses to give up. Against mathematics, logic, decency... her Reality Distortion Field will not be shut off.

Get over the shrieking and thrashing. You have not been chosen. Go back to your carpetbagging Senatorial seat and refine your negative energy and bide your time in a Nixonian manner.

Original article: Looking for payoff in Iraq

So we've set up an entitlement program for Iraq?

If you don't blow us up, we'll pay you?

Has it occured to ANYONE that the only thing remaining is to LEAVE IRAQ? We punched them in the nose, raped their mom and shot their dog, now let's go home.

What is this, 1970? Why the FUCK are we still in Vietnam? Er, Iraq?

Too many surprise endings

in endless Hollywood movies for there not to be some kind of surprise twist with the former First Lady's campaign.

Some insane Napoleonic power grab. Wait and see.

McSame

Another braindead Republican in the White House? Didn't Al Queda cause the housing market to collapse? And illegal immigrants entering the country illegally so they can be gay and married?

I'll miss the book

But the Roxy Music lyric as the headline was ultra-suave.

I hear you and I feel for you, really I do

Making a home and establishing domestic order out of chaos provides a center for the kids. The reliable routine and familiar calendar of holidays and birthdays and events... The front of the refrigerator covered with souvenirs and memorabilia...

Play your role as best you can, make a home and pay genuine attention to the kid(s). It's important. Get up earlier and stay up a little later and collate your notes when you can. The kid(s) are more important.

@electrorobot: "Paen to racist hate"?

If plain facts sting, perhaps the truth needs to be altered -- not committing genocide in Gaza, not co-opting another government's support and aid into a parasite-prey relationship -- things of that nature.

Is it my "racist hate" that fired air-to-ground missiles through the Red Crosses on top of Lebanese ambulances transporting wounded from the scene of Israeli attacks in 2006? Did I make that up somehow? Is it my "racist hate" that brings it to my mind?

I am certain that I have never fired an air-to-ground missile though the roof of any ambulance, much less through the Red Cross painted on top of such a vehicle. Is such an obvious atrocity not the heinous war crime it appears to be if Israel commits it?

Joe Lieberman: treasonous Senator. Did his oath to uphold the US Constitution include any special clauses to do the bidding of a foreign country if that country's particular flavor of religious psychopaths is of the "Chosen People" variety?

Give. Me. A. Fucking. Break.

Biden has short oars

He can row as fast as he wants to, but his oars are too short to even touch the water. So he's going through the motions without any result, which is probably the first line in any Democratic manifesto that exist. Huff, flail, and address nothing of substance.

Joe Lieberman is a fanatical Zionist who wants the US to next attack Iran on behalf of Israel. And it looks to me like Bush43 and Cheney are doing absolutely everything they can do to bring about such an attack.

I don't think that Biden or any Democrat has the balls to state this simple fact: ISRAEL IS A FOREIGN COUNTRY.

Just say it. And let it resonate. Not the 51st State, not a "sister" nation -- a foreign country. Why is our foreign policy so heavily influenced by a foreign country?

Another rousing to-arms from the WSJ and another tiny puff of steam from the Democrats. Oh boy.

Be kind to Joe -- he is a faithful public servant

Unfortunately he's most interested in serving Israel instead of the United States. His behavior is not appalling in that light, instead it makes perfect sense.

An "ally" of McCain's? Are you new around here? McCain is a moron and Joe (Palpatine) Lieberman breathed life into his failing campaign and now owns McCain the way that Palpatine owned Darth Vader.

"What is your bidding, my master?"

Observe American politicians on the occasion of Israel's 60th anniversary crawling on their hands and knees, demonstrating "sufficient fealty" to Israel, in Israel -- disgraceful. Unless you look at it in the light of their serving Israel above the United States.

Joe Lieberman isn't a turncoat, he's an Israeli patriot serving in a foreign legislative body for the benefit of Israel. Put down that Kool-Aid and examine the record. Joe isn't a bad guy. He's a hard-working agent of a foreign power.

Original article: When corn senators attack!

@TJColatrella: YES to hemp, and sugar beets

and NO to corn for ethanol production. ADM does not need to turn into the ag-based eighth of the Seven Sisters via ethanol.

Industrial hemp is the numero uno candidate for biomass energy. Does God fuck up? Why did he curse us with this awful plant? Hahahahaha... Kindly reread "The Emperor Wears No Clothes" to review the long list of industrial applications hemp can help manufacture... odd how so many of them would compete with petrochemicals... just a coincidence...

Original article: Gender lessons

She's a loathsome person

Evil, cold, carpetbagging weasel. Never liked her. She could not be more clearly untrustworthy. I'd sooner vote for Dick Cheney, whom I hate.

Hillary occupies a space beyond hate. Dick Cheney is evil, but has integrity. Hillary is vermin IMHO.

Good riddance.

Original article: Winds of change

Wind and other alternative energy sources ought to be fully funded

Why not move incrementally forward? Tax credits for alternative energy installation until we have a surplus of electricity being generated makes sense.

How about smaller turbines that could collect the wind energy produced by rushing traffic?

The letter above mine mentioned wave energy -- attempted in the 1900s but definitely worth examining today.

Kill all the suits and return to the age of American Ingenuity.
