  • How about a look at Ron Paul, next?

[Read the article: Don't worry, be Mike Gravel]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]

If you like Mike Gravel, listen to what Ron Paul says. And what was so funny about Kucinich pulling a copy of the Constitution out of his pocket during the Democratic debate?

Listening to the "mainstream" candidates, you'd wonder if they'd ever heard of the Constitution, much less read it.

Cheney/Bush have been a disaster for the USA. E-voting may preclude ANY change. Given that Pelosi et al appear to have managed to ignore what last November's vote meant, why would anyone trust a "mainstream" Democrat?

    1. Get OUT of Iraq

    2. Politicians more concerned with the USA instead of Israel would certainly be a nice change

    3. The Federal Reserve is a private bank. Fiat currency has never worked in any economy saddled with it.

Immigration? Gay marriage? Rovian piffles. Mike Gravel was a very welcome change of pace at the debate.

  • Are you on drugs?

[Read the article: Fred Thompson's biggest role yet]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]

Fred Thompson? C'mon. You are shitting me.

  • Balboa Bay Club?

[Read the article: Fred Thompson's biggest role yet]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]

Nice Sunday brunch. I also married there. Place is packed with fascist assholes. Fred's gotta be bad news.

It was cool seeing pre-murder OJ as I did laps in the pool...

  • Waah our bubble burst

[Read the article: No spring rebound for gloomy realtors]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]

Waah now we can't skim tens of thousands of dollars off the selling price of homes for doing sweet fuck all waah.

  • Ai Chihuahua

[Read the article: God save the queen!]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]

At least he didn't rub the Queen's shoulders like he did with a very surprised Angela Merkel not long enough ago.

  • Whoa, he's drinking?

[Read the article: God save the queen!]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]

Can the 25th Amendment not be invoked, then? If the little chimp is in his cups, he should not be in office.

  • No sale

[Read the article: Being a rebel is so 19th century]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]

Nothing doing. He's as manufactured and hollow as was Gary Hart.

  • If it's bugging you, just stop for a while.

[Read the article: Am I an alcoholic?]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]

Pour out whatever you've got on hand and don't buy more. Enjoy sobriety for at least six months. Re-evaluate your situation.

I cut out beer and hard alcohol, but wine is food. Do you drink until you're sick or drink during the day? Then stop at once and wait half a year. If you can't drop it, it may be a problem. Give it a try.

If it's something you enjoy, I don't see that as much of a sin. If it's a crutch, lose it at once.

  • Cheney ought to get out and meet the Iraqi people

[Read the article: Dick Cheney's surprise]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]

I know that they're eager to "greet him as a liberator." It would do the Bush43 administration good to have Dick pressing the flesh on the streets of Baghdad.

There's no reason to hide in the Green Zone, Mr. Vice President -- go forth and meet the surviving Iraqis who you've helped to "liberate." Go get 'em, tiger.

  • Special Prosecutor(s)

[Read the article: Gonzales to Congress: Move on]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]

One isn't going to be enough. Just keeping track of the number of scandals and the interconnectedness of the players would be a full-time occupation for half a dozen attorneys.

Are the Democrats sleeping? What more would Bush43 et al have to do to rouse their interest?

  • US and UK oil companies have 30-year rights to Iraq's oil

[Read the article: And now, a message from the people]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]

(You read about that in the MSM, right?) MISSION ACCOMPLISHED! Can we get out, now? What's the story, here?

Support the troops! GET THEM OUT OF IRAQ ALREADY!

    Why aren't the Democrats acting?!

  • Reconvene Congress in Baghdad as long as US troops remain there

    [Read the article: The disconnect]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]

    That would help them focus.

  • Disgraceful obfuscation

[Read the article: "You have more bread crumbs than I do"]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]

Can we waterboard Gonzales to refresh his memory? The kind of gamesmanship he displayed is a disgrace.

  • Pockmarked Inquisitor slithers away unscathed

[Read the article: Poor, poor Gonzales]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]

Didn't Carol Lam want to pursue "Dusty" Foggo's connection to disgraced dumbfuck Republican (now felon) Randy "Duke" Cunningham? Foggo has more intelligence connections than a switchboard, plus an unfortunate connection to an abandoned plane with five and a half tons of cocaine on board. You've probably read all about that in the MSM. Ahem.

Carol was clearly not tough enough on immigration. Immigration being a Rovian distraction from real issues, like the disastrous and never-ending occupation of Iraq. Immigration! Gay marriage! The CHILDREN! We MUST PROTECT THE CHILDREN!!

  • Why does the MSM pay attention to Sharpton?

[Read the article: What did Al Sharpton really mean?]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]

I like a clown as well as the next circusgoer, but why Sharpton? Why pay attention to him at all? Does Central Casting not ever hire new players?

  • And what would "Pro-Semitism" look like, pray tell..?

[Read the article: Glenn Beck and a Jewish president]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]

That question shut up one of my little Zionist squabble-mates in another forum -- what does "pro-Semitism" look like? Would it be a disproportionately high number of Jews in Congress? Would it be the unquestioning, eternal support, nay, fealty and the forging of foreign policy to please... Semites?

    Really, what would "pro-Semitism" be?

The right hates Jews because we killed their messiah; the left hates Jews because we don't lay down and let ourselves be butchered by Arab haters. So what are we to do?

Play the victim card again. It works every time. You've got your "shitty little country" now. Take your claws out of my nation's government and get by on your own. You have more than enough money and do not need nor deserve 20% of the US foreign aid budget.

As if it's a sin to notice such things. "The old adage has it that, when visiting a foreign country, to ascertain who really runs things, one need determine only who is spoken about in whispers, if at all."

A Jewish President? No, I don't think so. Is that "anti-Semitic"? No, it's pro-American. Fuck off and die.

  • Keane Commission testimony and lack thereof

[Read the article: Cheney plays the blame game]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]

Why didn't you and Bush43 testify under oath before the Keane Commission, Mr. Vice-President?

If waterboarding is not torture, could you and Bush43 not be waterboarded yourselves in order to more efficiently produce information vital to the survival of our Republic?

It's clear that "Al Queda" is nowhere near as great a danger to this nation as you are.

  • I'm sorry that I complained about the television show reviews

    [Read the article: Manufacturing belief]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]

If this is what will run in their place, I apologize and would love to read more about contemporary televisions show which I never watch.

There's more to the picture than meets the eye.
