Uh, thanks, but...
[Read the article: I Like to Watch]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]Are there not more pressing issues than television shows? How many dead US soldiers in Iraq, now? Can we even count the number of dead Iraqis?
Hey, how about that Cheney impeachment? Did you see Mike Gravel in the alleged debate the other night on MSNBC..? Did he not hit the nail on the head several times?
How's the US dollar? I hear the Euro is doing mighty well against it. Should we be concerned? Did anyone notice or care that the Constitution has been shredded by Bush43? Any cause for concern, there?!
Are. There. More. Important. Issues. Than. Television. Shows?

What's so funny about Kuncinich and Gravel, again?
[Read the article: Democrats strike up the show]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]That they're "not one of us" meaning the MSM-approved shit-fake-bastard type of candidate? I mean, Christ almighty, it was like comparing wax museum statues to living, breathing humans.
I wouldn't trust Obama or Hillary half as far as I could throw them. I wouldn't leave my kids with them. DO. NOT. WANT.
I understand that Gravel will not be invited to the June CNN debate. Which is a shame. He was like the ground wire in an electrical system. I also understand that Ron Paul will not be invited to the GOP debate, which also stinks.
Unfortunately for the MSM and its camp followers, the Net allows people to view the video of Gravel at the debate. Do you not think that people will respond very favorably when they hear him speak? We're not going to sleep forever.

Four pages?! Can no one edit anything any more?
[Read the article: At her majesty's pleasure]

Gee whiz, wasn't it Blackwater that went house-to-house after Katrina?
[Read the article: America's shadow army in Iraq]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]Confiscating weapons from private citizens? Talk about the military-industrial complex... Blackwater is the poster child.
-
This is just sad
[Read the article: "My fellow Americans: Major combat operations in Iraq have ended"]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]Pathetically sad. Why are we still in Iraq? Why hasn't Bush43 been impeached for waging an aggressive war based on known-false intel yet?
-
How many nuclear weapons does Israel have?
[Read the article: Israel's wounds of war]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]Oh, wait, that was not the intent of this story. Isn't Israel wonderful? We're so fortunate to have Israel as our ally. We ought to borrow another five billion dollars from China in order to give Israel a nice aid package again this coming year. Oh, my, yes.

My, how creative...
[Read the article: The K Chronicles]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]A big dick inside of me? Jesus.

Ask Nicholas Berg about his beheading
[Read the article: At her majesty's pleasure]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]>Ask Nicholas Berg about his beheading
Widely held to be a "by way of deception" production.

Oswald acted alone?
[Read the article: "Brothers"]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]Folks, boring as it may seem, the truth of this case is simple: Oswald brought his gun to work, stuck it out the window and shot JFK and Connally as they drove by the Texas School Book Depository, where Oswald had been working as a temp.
I can't remember the last time I ran across someone who would believed a word of the Warren Report. Astounding.
"...was it possible that Oswald could have shot three bullets at a moving target, through immense foliage, 88 yards away in just 5.6 seconds using a faulty rifle?"
Oswald was clearly sandbagging during his marksman training in the US military, then.
May I assume that you're of the opinion that burning aviation fuel can bring down a steel-skeletoned skyscraper or two at near free-fall speeds neatly on their own footprints, also? Or that "Arab terrorists" somehow got the US to conveniently run a dozen simulations of highjacked aircraft being used as weapons the morning of 9/11/01?
A true believer! The Earth is flat! And the sun orbits the Earth!

You folks employed by the government?
[Read the article: "Brothers"]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]...the notion that steel supporting columns completely melted from fire is impossible and that what actually happened was that thin supporting bolts were warped, resulting in the collapse of the bridge section. In comparison, the south tower of the World Trade Center imploded at almost free fall speed, proving that even if the "truss failure" theory was accurate, the building would not have collapsed in 10 seconds with no resistance and would not have aerosolized, turning concrete support pillars into dust.
If the building had pancaked, the collapse would have taken around 40 seconds according to recent studies undertaken by Steven Jones' colleagues, almost four times longer than what was witnessed. In addition, the "pancake" collapse of the freeway did not even manage to collapse the section of road below it, whereas the collapse of the south tower pulverized over 10 floors a second.
Let's recap. Rebar = thin. Central structural columns in a skyscraper = thick. But you get an "A" for effort. Keep up the good work. I don't imagine that you took a gander at the WTC blueprints which recently surfaced, did you?
Again, this is an exercise in denial. "THEM A-RABS DID IT. WE BETTER GO GIT THEIR OIL." That's all we need to know, really, isn't it?

So, how about the failure of the House to override Dubya's veto?
[Read the article: "Spider-Man 3"]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]Spiderman 3? What is this, People magazine?! I'm not expecting a reincarnation of Ramparts, but give me a fucking break, Joan, can we have some serious topics?

Pro-Semitism
[Read the article: Jews on ice]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]What is pro-Semitism? Why should we support the insular, inbred Jewish (Khazar) tribe? "So we're not anti-Semitic!" Not good enough. Should AIPAC be forced to register as agents of a foreign power? Yiddish-Alaskan, ya, right... with you all the way...

Remember the Spiderman promotion that wanted to
[Read the article: "Spider-Man 3"]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]put web logos on the bases of baseball games? Why does Salon.com have to be a channel for the hype machine?
Best movie of all time, hmm, Rules Of The Game? Spiderman 3? Let me think...

I was a fascist before you were a fascist.
[Read the article: Make room for Daddy]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]2. Was I the only one whose jaw dropped open to see three supposedly educated people say they don't believe in evolution? Who are these people and what kind of pre-historic rock did they crawl out from under?
They're Republicans and True Believers. You'd better watch yourself, citizen. This is war. You're either with us or against us. None of that sissy evolution stuff here.

Golly!
[Read the article: Steal this comic]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]This is swell!

Dude, Where's My Country..?
[Read the article: Condi Rice never looks back]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]What she deserves is a seat in the docket at Nuremberg and an appointment with the hangman. This entire regime is guilty of war crimes and if justice and accountability are to have any meaning they need to be charged.
You I like.
