Can't we file an ethics complaint with the bar against Gonzalez?

I would find it hard to believe that any bar association wouldn't find him guilty of malpractice or some ethics violtaions.

1) Lying to congress

2) Arguing the Right To Habeus is not in the constitution. It's laughable on it's face which would make him unfit in the eyes of the bar.

3) Trying to coach a witness before she testified

This is all downright shameful.

Also, I wrote an essay called "REPUBLICANTS" that I would like you all to digg if you like it. Click here (http://www.digg.com/political_opinion/REPUBLICANTS_is_the_New_Acronym_for_the_Party_that_Can_t_Do_Anything_Right) or on my signature to read it.

Original article: Parsing the parsers

Proving Perjury is a slam Dunk

I don't know what planet your on, but he perjured himself as sure as the sun rises in the east. If there was only one potential misleading statement in his testimony it might be difficult to prove.

But, come on now!!!!!! There is documentary evidence he lied, Muller says he lied, Comey says he lied.

I don't know what planet you live on, but in the real world it would be a slam dunk to prove he lied.

Are you for real with your logic?

The daily show continues to nail it with "Mommy, why is the lying man still in charge of the law?"

It's a true travesty that the truth about these hacks only comes to light now

As always, your work is priceless. You need to do everything possible to get on TV more. If you were on debating any of these clowns you would take them to the woodshed.

Thanks for bringing the light.

Original article: Am I in bed with MoveOn?

How dare you ever criticize the Democrats for Caving?

1) Petraues did betray the American people by lying to them. It is that simple and reporting the truth in AD form is not playing into the Right's hands. It is exactly what this country needs

2) General Fallon has called Petraues a chickenshit coward to his face.

I couldn't find anything more disgraceful that you have ever done besides criticize the Moveon AD.

When you claim other Democrats play into the right's hand it is the pot calling the kettle back. You are exactly what you rally against. A worthless hypocrite to the bone.

I've had it with this nonsense

Boys are different then girls which is not the same as saying one is better than the other. Yes, there are tomboy girls and effeminate males, but that is not the norm.

They have entire book lines based on "Men are from mars, women are from venus". We are different lady, deal with it.

We are not equal. It's not to say one is better, but to say we are the same is ludicrous and I'm absolutely sick of it.

I'm 34 and I still rough house with guys in ways I have never seen women do.

To try and claim or insinuate it doesn't exist makes you a moron. Plain and simple.

Original article: When results don't matter

It is ludicrous to have expected any results

It's the same straw argument as saying the terrorists hate us for our freedoms.

Bush is continuing to destroy America's reputation at an alarming rate though all his war and fear mongering.

What the fuck is some "spokesperson" supposed to say or do that could ever offset what Bush continues to say and do on a daily basis? Was she supposed to convince the world Guantanamo is really like club med?

I agree we need to hold government accountable, but not for a job that was 100% impossible to begin with.

It makes more sense to eliminate the job until Bush is out of power then to blame Karen Hughes for not improving world opinion.

Your on crack

YOur average person doesn't get around to reselling their computer for good money. Some people might, but most do not.

Buying a MAC is not cheaper and never has been. It will be soon enough with the switch to INTEL, but your logic was a self serving mess.

Certainly not worthy of the top Salon article. Good god man, do facts mean anything to you?

Joe Klein is a liar

1) Joe Klein is a liar

2) Joe Klein lied about being the "Primary Colors" author.

3) Joe Klein lied when he said

"As I was saying: From Brother Lukasiak...

The bill requires court review ONLY if there is reason to suspect that a targetted person will be calling the US, or if after a targeted person has called the US and is expected to call here again.

That means, essentially, that every foreign target is subject to review by the FISA court. QED."

- That does not mean what Joe claims and it's 100 percent obvious. If it's foreign to foreign FISA would not apply and he damn well knows it. Terrorists do not solely communicate with people in the U.S. It's an absolutely absurd argument on it's face. He's a worthless whore of a liar.

4) Joe Klein will lie to Time magazine readers again

5) Circle of Fifths - Joe Klein is a liar which takes me back to point 1

Sunday, November 25, 2007 12:39 PM

Joe Klein is nothing more than a serial liar

"I may have made a mistake" is the same as "I am not the author of Primary Colors"

Both have proven to be complete lies without equivocation. There is simply no gray area. The only thing left to do is petition Time Magazine to fire his ass for "conduct unbecoming of someone who claims to be a journalist."

In Klein's case Journalist=Incompetent Hack

I can't believe you don't see the crime in hiding funds

Yes, Giuliani was entitled to security and I agree it wouldn't matter what he was doing with his time. They would have to provide it and the costs would be roughly the same for round the clock protection. That's if the money was coming from the mayors budget or the police's,

But, the departments he stole the money from were forced to misappropriate funds from their original purpose. It would be like Congress authorizing payments for Katrina and Bush spending it on abstinence only education. The New York Loft Department had no budgetary duty to fund Giuliani's security.

As far as I'm concerned that is baltant fraud on the taxpayer and most definitely a crime.
