Original article: The Iran hawks

SHEER MADNESS

Contrary to what most people believe, the invasion of Iraq was planned to establish a permanent foothold in the Middle East in order to control the region and eventually attack any country that might pose a threat to our oil interests, Israel and Saudi Arabia. The big stink about Iran having nuclear arms is both because we are now seeking an excuse to invade Iran or at least topple its government to eliminate any possible threat to these last two countries and have greater control of Middle East oil(not because Iranian nukes could ever strike the United States). Of course this is sheer madness because a strike against Iran would bring about even greater unpredictable consecuences than the invasion of Iraq. We would generate an even angrier generation of Jihadists, put Americans at a greater risk and eventually bankrupt the United States.

Original article: Iraq taught us nothing

WE ARE AS BRAINWASHED AS THE GERMANS WERE IN WWII

Without a doubt we, the American people are as brainwashed and as arrogant as the Germans were during World War II. Worse still we are moving in the same direction towards world domination they followed under Hitler. Hardly a day goes by without the President or a Senator asserting what we will allow and won´t allow any country to do in the world. And then we wonder why so many people hate us and want to do us harm.

Concerning the Democrats position on the Middle East issue, it is hardly surprising that Hillary Clinton would not take much of a stance on Iran. After all, she is the senator from my home state New York where the pro Israel, fanatical lobby pretty much calls the shots. As CNN´s documentary, God´s Warriors shows, one of the fundamental forces driving our Middle East policy is Israel´s so called "security", as defined by the Israely hawks. If Ms. Clinton were to question that policy with any degree of honesty, she would be gone in no time.

Republicans are such holier than thou hypocrites

Sarah Palin´s pregnant daughter would not be an issue if Republicans weren´t such sexually repressed holier than thou hypocrites. Ironically, they are the ones who are usually against condoms or sexual education in schools. Regardless of what Obama says about family being off limits, the media should hit hard on this issue. Why? Because this situation sets a key precedent and goes against everything responsible sex educators are trying to do. Undoubtedly, from here on, many teenage girls are going to say, if it´s all right for the vice president´s daughter to have unprotected sex before marriage why can´t I?

PRESIDENT PAILEN? HAS AMERICA GONE CRAZY?

There is a high probability that McCain may not live through the next four years as president. And who will we be left with? President Pailin. Have the Republicans gone mad? Is America crazy? Someone needs to point out that comparing Palin and Obama on the basis of experience is pure bunk! She may be a good bureaucrat, but what does she have that separates her from the crowd? What´s Palin´s philosophy? What´s ner message for change or her position concerning America´s future? What does she have to show concerning her judgment? What capacity does she have to inspire and to lead? What standing does she have among international leaders? Would she even be able to relate to them? What are her foreign policy ideas? What are her domestic policy ideas? If McCain does not outlast this presidency, she would have to take his position. Is this a woman who is qualified to be the next president of the United States? At the very least McCain should have chosen some one who campaigned for president and took stands on the issues. This woman is getting a free ticket to the presidency of the United States. The media should be shouting this out!
