  • "The only thing I have to say about Ron Paul himself is that irrelevance becomes him."

And that is because being TRULY "Antiwar" is considered irrelevant and "crazy" by the Establishment. I mean, there are scary people that don't speak English and want to kill us! How can Ron Paul dare talk about not blowing them to pieces and "Spreading Democracy" to the scary subhumans?

The only foreign policy positions that are relevant on both sides are ones that promote the use of our Benevolent CIA/Military and DU Diplomacy. If there is peace, then the military industrial complex loses revenue and the fearmongering that is used to control the sheeple isn't as effective in scaring them into submitting to the full spectrum "Empire is reality" agenda.

The reality is that "Antiwar" is treated as merely another wedge for the Establishment and our "leaders", one that is obviously very easily driven. They don't care about war, they don't care about terrorism, they don't care about the economy, they don't care about spying, and they don't care about us.

  • Really, LWM?

[Read the article: What Howard Kurtz means by "media scrutiny"]

    He'll buy anything.

Really? Then how come I don't buy into the label you apply to yourself, your apologies for the Empire, or your veiled "Empire is Empire and there is nothing you can do, that's just the way it is because Joe Blow cares about his kids, no look who much I know about military hardware" warmongering bullshit?

  • "no look who"

[Read the article: What Howard Kurtz means by "media scrutiny"]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]

    "now look how much I know about military hardware" ;_;

  • "We aren't antiwar here"

[Read the article: What Howard Kurtz means by "media scrutiny"]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]

Ain't that the truth. And like I've said before, you look less like a condescending ass when you are generalizing your warmongering to "everyone else" by using the royal I instead of we.

You are not Antiwar? duh? I couldn't tell from all your screeds about how the Empire must be maintained like one of those "collateral damage is worth it" types.

  • Because labels like "libertarian" mean something.... sure they do...

Maybe you can find me some links to a bigoted Dumbdero rant so you claim Libertarians are warmongers? Or find a quote from CIA asset Buckley, Warmonger Comedian Dennis Miller, or Bill Maher claiming they are "Libertarian" to further prove your point (or disprove it).

You've linked Dumbdero before, because as we all know, it is bipartisan to team up with other warmongers and apologists when smearing Ron Paul (or anyone else who poses a threat to the established order of warmonger, i.e. whoever is in power, and warmonger lite, i.e. whoever isn't).

  • Can someone point me to the "Liberal Democrat" Internet? I can't seem to get the knowledge and information I need from my "Neocon Republican" Internet....

There are anti-imperialists around who aren't idiots,

Duh? You mean anti-imperialists like the person who writes this blog? By "idiots" do you mean those that aren't "progressives" or whatever buzzword you want to use for statist? What about Counterpunch? Does that count?

but people with ideological erections haven't the patience to listen to them, or the knowledge to confirm their analyses.

Name names, I've probably already heard them and do listen to them. And guess what? Left/Right, it doesn't matter, they all agree with Ron Paul on the issue of American Imperialism. So please show me some anti-imperialism arguments from anti-imperialists using "another perspective" besides the tired old "anti-Imperialist perspective". You are either for the Empire and will play apologist for it or you aren't and you won't. Period.

But who are these people and what is this "knowledge" that you speak of? The Internet? Some magical "Liberal Democrat" piece of wisdom that anyone who isn't a true believer is too stupid to pick up on? I bet you think your farts smell like roses, don't you?

  • It shows....

I haven't been able to get a good ideological erection in years.

It shows in the flaccid arguments you make defending the status quo.

  • "ideological erection"

i.e. still not too old to accept that Empire is our zeitgeist?

Oceania should ally itself with Eastasia

And why should I ally myself with either? Must I meddle in either of their affairs? Why do I care? That's right, I don't. I'm sure that either will still sell me their oil. And besides, that isn't how it works anyway. We would just send the CIA into Oceania and "Spread Democracy" by installing some tin pot dictator and then building some military bases.

    @LWM "Fish or cut bait"

some folks might get the impression you're all talk and no action

When you say "all talk and no action" do you mean like disowning my family because they might disagree with me about something politically and then transforming into a bitter old man who spends all his time posting anonymously on blogs? That kind of action?

Hey pot, the kettle called, you're black.

  • Again, WT, name names

[Read the article: What Howard Kurtz means by "media scrutiny"]

The Orwell references are cute and all, but you forgot the naming names part.

Let me guess, when you say, "there are others who aren't idiots" you are talking about yourself? You're the "others who aren't idiots", amirite?

LOL for claiming that LWM is an "Obama Supporter", he is a Clinton apologist all the way, but will support whoever gets the nod. You can go back and read his letters where he praises Warrior Princess Hillary Clinton's ME strategy (i.e. Stay the Course Lite). We can't have those non-English speakers in the desert making their own decisions, at least not without some Vatican-sized bases to make sure the animals decide correctly. After all, they have our oil, and how can we rule the world without our oil?
