compared to who?

They're not very good at economics

compared to who?

Compared to the masses that gave in to the perception that they are too ignorant to understand Greenspan's FedSpeak?

Compared to those that don't worship at the alter of a communist central bank and its market skewing interest rates? Cut cut cutting our dollar to dust. Do only "smart people" like the Wizard of Oz at the Fed, understand economics? Or are they as clueless as everyone else using the only tool they have and keeping their fingers crossed?

Compared to the people running our economy now? Because they sure seem to be doing a bang up job of it?

Compared to the Democrats that keep giving Bush his war money and ignoring the turning gears of the empire?

Compared to limited government Republicans who believe in limiting everything but the central bankers and the military industrial complex?

Compared to who?

NM

All those Libertarians who got sub-prime loans must feel pretty stupid next to all of those super smart true believer blue/red plate special partisans out there who understand the economy.

Why the hell does Clinton want to have a moratorium on interests rates? Since the Dems are not Libertarians, shouldn't they be "better" at economics? Now I know why the ONLY people I've met who got subprime loans were Rs and Ls, and a few Greens (although the greens love themselves some big ol' government, they're pretty stupid too).

What "Libertarians don't understand econ" means

It means that Libertarians don't like the idea of unaccountable, top down, command and control style, commie-inspired central banks that create worthless fiat credit in order to entrench themselves and the war party.

Just like "state's rights" is a codeword for "bigot".

yeah, you are so f'n smart

I forgot that only true believers are allowed to take calculus.

Monday, February 25, 2008 02:46 PM

And speaking of stupid people

I really liked Scott Horton's interview with GG. The recent one in which GG uses the word "stupid", among many other words, to describe the Democratics.

Monday, February 25, 2008 02:47 PM

or make that

various Democrats in the congress.

Monday, February 25, 2008 02:57 PM

so Revenue = Quality?

I see.

That's interesting.

So where was Hannah Montana then? Her flick is almost at 60M.

What about Alvin and the Chipmunks? It pulled in 211M, it doesn't deserve best picture for that? That is like TWICE as much as revenue at Juno. And no statue?

Where is the Golden Compass Oscar? It grossed more than No Country as well.

Oh wait, that's right, those movies all suck.

Yeah, it's sexism... sure it is...

And not the fact that Hillary Clinton is a career criminal. Obama had better watch out, or he might become another name on the Clinton Death List.

The only reason to read Salon is for Glenn Greenwald's Blog

The rest of the site is merely regurgitating various establishment puff and propaganda.

Maybe Obama needs to show the Establishment what a murderous thug he can be, like Hillary has, in order to be accepted. Maybe Obama can work out a deal with the CIA to smuggle some drugs into the country (I hear this is much more easily accomplished as a Governor or the head of the CIA) or plan and carry out the murder of some various Obama enemies. That way Obama can really earn his crooked establishment stripes and be fully accepted into the War Party, and show the CIA that he knows how things really get done in real life.

But of course, if Obama is perceived as another establishment toady, firmly in the pockets of the banksters, the neoliberal propaganda machine known as the CFR, and other criminal elites (CIA drug smugglers and murderes, etc.), then you are a merely bigot.

What "experience" really means

It means the ability to successfully plan and pull off Murder One.

lol

Now you may proceed with your spiel about Ron Paul but that would hold only if most people were willing to begin dismantling the government. They're not.

They aren't willing to clean it up either. Especially since the ones who would be doing the "cleaning" are so used to whitewashing.

A steaming pile of shit is a steaming pile of shit, it doesn't matter how big it is.

If you want to see how "antiwar" Obama really is

Then go read his speeches to that old neoliberal propaganda machine called the CFR.

Obama says the real stuff in the dark, behind close doors, to the elites, when he knows the sheep are sleeping.

Make sure to check under your bed before you go to sleep

The Rovemonster might be under there, waiting for you to go to sleep so he can influence you like Milquetoast the Cockroach in Bloom Country and then run off with your abortions.

of course she shouldn't

if you're a Hillary sycophant.

Wednesday, February 27, 2008 02:00 PM

shouldn't drop out, that is

what would her legions of brainwashed fart smellers do with their time?

Wednesday, February 27, 2008 02:03 PM

If it were anyone but Hillary

So would Giuliani still be in the race if he had a vagina? He wears dresses, so he is halfway there.

Wednesday, February 27, 2008 02:06 PM

No there won't

f Hillary manipulates the vote at the convention to get herself the nomination, there will be a revolution.

bullshit. Wouldn't people have to pay a little bit of attention, and maybe care a little bit first?

People like washing and cooking with hot and watching American Idol too much to revolt.

LMAO @ this being a "free speech" issue

This decision is anti-free speech.

What a crock of shit that statement is.

Ever hear of private property? I know it is a dirty word among the frothing leftists out there, but it does exist, and Salon is an example of it. Salon's OWNERS can do whatever they want because Salon is their PRIVATE PROPERTY. Get it?

That is why Website Admins can do whatever the hell they want to with their boards, which Salon basically is.

Salon could ban all commenting if it wanted to. Is that a free speech violation to?

Can I come over to your house with a mask on and stand in your yard with a sign that says you're looking at the residence of a raging pedophile? Why not? It's free speech!

Chomsky

Angry old man.

You could give Chomsky the keys to the castle and all he would do is bitch about it.

Democrats should introduce regulation

Big Government needs to come over here and force Salon to allow anonymous posters. Why not? Leftists are all about Government sticking its fat face in your business for the good of society, that is their thing.
