  • bipartisanship means the Imperial Agenda, aka National Interests, come first

[Read the article: What "bipartisanship" in Washington means]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]

Nothing else matters except the American Empire and the agenda of Big Government, Inc. "Better Democrats" translates to nothing more than "business as usual" because if you are saying that then you really do believe that there is a dime's worth of difference between the two parties. Then go ahead and get those "better Democrats" in office, just don't be surprised when you discover that they are no "better" than any of the rest and are cut from the same secret purple cloth.

There isn't any difference, and if there is, then the powers that be will corrupt the offending side until the agenda is back on track using the same tried and true, time tested tools that have always been used: secrecy and fear. I guess the utter failure of the Democrats since 2006 isn't good enough proof of their worthlessness and the congress' failure to act as a check on the executive, and people will find some ideological argument to show how good the Democrats really are, or tell me how evil republicans and BushCo are (duh), or point to some future decision that will be made based on some ideological Democratic "truism", and then rinse and repeat when the future decision doesn't pan out like your perceptions assured you it would, again. Politics for the passionate but powerless follower seems to be nothing more then an endless cycle of fooling yourself into believing you weren't fooled while the agendas of the elite move forward.

We need more than "Better 'Insert Party'", we need "Better People", period, People who aren't obsessed with the ages old "Divide and Conquer" and "Knowledge is Power" mentalities. People should focus less on the "R" and "D" and more on the "you either support the empire, secrecy, and their effects, or you don't" truly "bipartisan" coalition that has been forming.

It will be fucking hilarious if we have a Democratic president and the warmongering doesn't stop (it won't). All of a sudden all of the True Believers on the right will become anti-war and all of a sudden the True Believers on the left will become pro-war using some churched up humanitarian language like some sort of retarded "spreading Democracy" Wilsonian redux. All of a sudden the right will become anti-war, again, because, most importantly, it will be the policy that will be opposite of the new "Democratic" Warmonger in Chief. Oh, and I guess because, conveniently, it will once again jive with their "small government" philosophy, you know, like when it serves their interest, principles matter... principles are like magic.

We don't need better puppets, we need a 100% transparent and open Government, not one that is controlled by blue blooded members of secrecy obsessed Ivy League Cult Frats, banksters, contractors, lawyers, or all of the above. New marionettes who continue to dance for the people and sing partisan songs while the global banksters and their acolytes pull the strings in the shadows is not going to change a damn thing.

  • You forget the very tail end of Edwards' speech... :(

Do not walk away from what's possible. Because it's time for all of us -- all of us -- together, to make the two Americas one."

And don't forget to vote for teh Hilldog.

  • The layman's guide to the Congress:

[Read the article: What "bipartisanship" in Washington means]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]

    If the legislation is PRO:

    Police State Powers

Warmongering (e.g. saber rattling and sanctions)

    Bailout

Money pit for a Big Lobby

    Expect a green light (bipartisanship).

If it isn't, don't expect anything.

  • Mission Accomplished

launch offensive operations that threaten to undo the stability brought to Afghanistan

Yes, because Afghanistan is currently the model of stability in Asia.

and undermine, if not overthrow, the Pakistan government,

Who cares? Trading a military dictator for a religious one, I guess it's time to hide under the bed with CIA Asset Osama Bin Bogeyman and just hand over the Master Keys to Big Government, Inc.

Jay Rockefeller, selling us all with his Premium Turd Polish in between naked romps among the Redwoods with his pagan boyfriends.

  • Being squeezed by whackos on both fronts

Foreign religious wackos want to come at us from without, while globalist cytpo-pagan banksters like Rockefeller and his ivy league frat cult owl-worshiping druid pals at the Grove conquer us from within.

Authoritarian Religious Extremists of the worst kind pinching us all from both sides, wonderful. Amazing times we are living in.

  • This makes sense

[Read the article: Former President Bush to endorse McCain]

I guess Bush Sr. is sending a message to his NWO bankster pals:

"this McCain guy wasn't a cocaine smuggler and doesn't appear to be involved in international drug dealing type activities, you know, the type of US President that you have grown accustomed to, but don't worry, he's cool with everything."
