Or just get rid of them and let the states do what they want. Like CA.

Now it all makes sense

So the reporters have their little gaggle within which they can develop these stupid memes that the sheeple will endlessly parrot? It makes sense because repeating what you hear and see on TV and radio qualifies as "analysis" and being able to quote Bill O'Reilly and Keith Olberman verbatim means you are an informed pundit in USA2008.

Bullshit Memes incoming!

Hillary is OK with 3rd! Edwards is going to win Iowa (and he's gay)! McCain is surging! Huckabee is the frontrunner! Ghouliani is going to take off in FL! Fred Thompson is boring! Ron Paul is a kook! Kucinich is crazy! The surge in Iraq is working! We are winning in Iraq!

All of the above is true because I saw it on the TV. Charles Krauthammer and Fred Barnes told me so, and they are always right!

Obama is bipartisan all right

Obama has no problem with wars he thinks are cool and sings the praises of foreign interventionism when speaking to the "smart folk", aka the elites. When speaking to us normal folk, he uses those oh so charming platitudes of his. To the uninformed they are like sweet sweet candy.

Of course Obama is bipartisan, he is OK with war. That is what it means to be bipartisan, or centrist, or w/e, you like war and don't mind mass surveillance of the sheep either.

And he said on Jon Stewart that he likes the Huckster! Talk about a uniter!

OMFG

Did agree with LWM on something? Is there any way I can edit my post? For some reason I am thinking of donating to the Obama campaign.

Um, the Huckster hunted Pheasant

Because pheasant is big in Iowa. I was there for thanksgiving with my puppy and my cousin couldn't help showing me how awesome his brittany is at tracking the pheasant scent on his toy, drunk in the backyard at 3 in the morning.

Isn't Romney the one who is the scourge of the rodent population? Romney has been hunting more than two times, and he never shot his eye out. Romney's .22 is feared by every rabbit in Michigan.

@bucky1

oh uh....

Mises? Are you implying that GG is a holocaust denier?

Maybe he is a racist like those California Environmentalists.

16 states sue the Environmental Protection Agency over its refusal to allow California to regulate greenhouse gas emissions from automobiles.

State's Rights? That's racist talk! First come the Emmissions Standards, then it's Jim Crow 2.0! There are also White Supremicists that live in California and pay taxes. Since when did California start hating Jews?

Thursday, January 3, 2008 04:39 PM

And besides

I don't live in New England, I live in a different state, and I don't see how the executive alone would be able to have the power to make changes in one or two terms, so your argument isn't in context. I love hearing these bullshit horror stories about Dr. Paul though.

Really, I do. They amuse me.

But you see, that's the thing. THEY AREN'T!

Is he incorruptible?

LMFAO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You're kidding, right? Tax Hike Mike likes gifts. And how did he react to ethics complaints? He sued the state ethics commission twice and tried to shut the whole thing down.

Incorruptible, yeah right.

One thing they aren't doing

Getting put on the tally sheet:

http://www.bbvforums.org/forums/messages/1954/71200.html?1199928145

UPDATE JAN 9 9am PST: TOWN OF SUTTON CONFIRMS RON PAUL TOTALS WERE 31, NOT ZERO.

I just got off the phone with Jennifer Call, Town Clerk for Sutton. She confirmed that the Ron Paul totals in Sutton were actually 31, and said that they were "left off the tally sheet" and it was human error.

This is not an acceptable answer, especially because one of the most common forms of fraud in a hand count system is to alter or omit results on the reporting sheet. Hand count is lovely, transparent. They then fill out another reconciliation sheet, often in front of witnesses, and it looks fine. Then they provide a summary or media sheet with the incorrect results.

A Web site here: http://www.wheresthepaper.org has more on fraud techniques with hand counted paper ballots. You'll have to dig for it -- or Google, and the excellent research on this is Theresa Hommel from the state of New York.

oops... "human error". good one.
