Why we're not buying it.
[Read the article: Ask the pilot]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]Just a response from the other side of the cockpit. I have, on dozens of occassions, caught pilots, flight attendants, ground crew, and customer service representatives in flat out lies, including lies about wheather-related delays, why flights were canceled, why we were sitting on the tarmac during long delays, what official airline policies are, what they are and aren't 'authorized' to do, and so on. It doesn't take an iphone, only a lick of common sense. The reason the iphone comercial resonantes is becuase we all know the airlines make up whatever story suits their purpose. So thanks, Mr Smith, for clearing it all up for us--it is apparently just a lot more complicated to tell the truth than we thought.

Yes it was.
[Read the article: Was Obama's speech enough?]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]Another of Joan's hysterical yet borish Clintonian attacks. Why don't you go ask Goerge Bush some 'tough questions'?
-
Joan, give it up already
[Read the article: Hillary Clinton's long strange journey on Iraq]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]More psuedo-analysis from the chief Clinton chearleader.
-
You were wrong twice
[Read the article: I was wrong about Wright]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]Joan, the only stunning narcissist in this conversation is you.
-
Who's the hypocrite, Glenn?
[Read the article: Why the Jeremiah Wright story deserves more attention]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]I couldn't agree more with Glenn (as usual), but isn't it a bit ironic for this to appear just below another one of Joan Walshes ridicuously biased and vacuous pieces. And on what? Jeremiah Wright! Glenn is fantastic at calling out the lazy, vacuous MSM, but his own colleague and editor at Salon is amongst the laziest and most biased (and, if not the most lazy and biased, certainly the most predictable). Glenn, how about directing some of your laser light a little closer to home?

Balls
[Read the article: Hillary Clinton's big, brass ... fortitude]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]If refusing to acknowledge defeat (or merely reality) is a characteristic of testicular fortitude, than Joan is a great match for Hillary in the "balls" department. A real woman admits defeat.
-
No, he's right
[Read the article: Obama is wrong about the gas tax]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]How many people did Joan phone before she found one who would make such an ludicrous argument?
-
Another great headline
[Read the article: Will gay marriage doom the Democrats?]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]I'm not sure why I read Salon. Joan Walsh is the most cynical, repulsive, idiotic person ever. Must this faux-democrat insist on spewing republican wingnut talking points? If she is for marriage equality, why would she pen the title of this drivel in the first place. If there was justice in this world, Joan would be a republican and her children would hate her as much as I do.
-
Too much
[Read the article: How much will white racism hurt Obama?]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]Joan, you're a tad late with this drivel...nice try. Hillary's campaign is dead, and you'll get nothing for your tireless cheerleading. We all feel for ya.
-
The answer is yes, yes, and, yes.
[Read the article: A new low in Clinton bashing]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]Hillary Clinton doesn't take a crap without running it by a focus group to assess the political ramifications. So, yes, it doesn't take much to belive that she meant to infer that we should wait to see if Obama is assasinated before she quits the race. The better question for this article would be: can anyone truly believe that Joan is anything more than a mouthpiece for Hillary 2008?
-
Joan is brain dead, and, apparently, SOL for at least 4 years.
[Read the article: The other 18 million]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]Blah blah blah blah blah blah.
