Whose pals are worse?

Someone asked this question earlier. I guess you would have to first define pals.

Where as Obama was only 8yrs old when Ayers was a radical, and never welcomed him or supported his views of that time. He served on an board in which Ayers was a member. (30 years later)

Palin as Gov. actually attended a meeting of the AIG (in 08')and said they were an important part of Alaskan politics? WTF!! Now there's a PAL for ya.

I am an Independent voter ( last voted for Perot ) and I can clearly see that the McCain camp in clearly trying to make Obama look like something he is not. If they would have vetted Palin just 1% of which America has already vetted Obama, they just might have been in allot better shape than they are now.

Lead in the Polls

Am I the only one that thinks that it's just not the economy that has Obama ahead in the polls? I also believe that it has allot to do with Sarah Palin and those terrible interviews she had. How many VP picks in the past had such a low bar? I mean all she had to do was show up, not faint, or puke and it would have been called a success.

I just see all the mainstream media ignoring the falling McCain poll numbers on just the economy. I have no doubt it has an effect, but I wouldn't give the economy all the credit.

Idiot in Power

That's what happens when you have an idiot for President. Bush has made me what I am today... PISSED! I hope the man goes back to Texas and never returns. I also hope that when Obama takes over (I can hope too) that he gets rid of all the crap that GWB has left behind during his 8yr Ocupation of the White House.

I also have a great way to cut some spending, get rid of Homeland Security Agency! It was created but not needed!

What color level is are alert today? nuff said.

Independant Voter and US Army Vet.

I am really getting tired of the McCain camps mud slinging. This will be the first time I have voted for President since 1992.

McCain had ample opportunity to confront Obama at the last debate and decided not to. What does that say about his leadership??

After the debate he allowed his campaign to continue the attacks against Obama. It is clear that he is desperate and continues to fall in the polls, but resorting to personal attacks this late in the game when so much more important issues are at stake is just plain stupid! Do we really need another stupid politician in the White House? NO.

McCain claimed at one of his town hall rally s that he will bring it up at the next debate, I doubt that he will, because that would be the ultimate in political suicide. Obama will not falter and he has proven that over the last 2 years. I can't remember ever seeing a politician with as much charisma as Obama has displayed. McCain will fail, maybe that's why he didn't bring it up in the last debate.

Army coverups

It doesn't surprise me at all that the Army would cover something up. While I was stationed in Germany in 84-85 we were on maneuvers during the winter months, one night a track vehicle ran over and killed a fellow soldier. Soldiers would sometimes get in the habit of sleeping in the vehicles and leave them running for warmth. That night we were ordered not to sleep in or around our vehicles. Then after the death of this soldier the Stars and Stripes printed that the soldiers were ordered to sleep close to their vehicles. After reading the article I was very upset that they would print the opposite of what we were told.

I can write this because I was there, I know what the orders were because I drove for our company commander and I attended the meeting that gave those orders. The Army covered it up to make it look like the soldier was at fault, to this day I am still ashamed for what they did.

Original article: McCain's last stand

Ooops they did again! McCain does nothing to respond to "Kill Obama" outburst.

Sorry to get off subject, but I could have sworn (rewound it 5 times) that at the McCain rally today a supporter yelled out "Kill Obama", then people cheered and McCain continued on as if nothing happened. Does McCain not know that the Networks are going to pick up on that, and that he should have done the right thing and reprimanded that supporter??

Original article: Say it ain't so, Joe!

He's pretty much stuck with him now.

After speaking at the convention on McCains behalf, you really can't blame Joe for Sarah Palins inadequacy. I'm sure if Joe had a chance to vet Palin properly McCains' behalf he would have strongly opposed her. It's also clear in the minds of those who know how to use theirs, that the VP pick was mainly to suck up to the base and try to steal the Hillary vote. Didn't work.

Also after we all got to see Palin in action, even some of his own supporters came out against her.

I'm more afraid of Sarah Palin in the White House than I am of the economy!

Original article: Turning Indiana blue

The "Palin" Effect.

I do believe that after November 4th people will be talking about "The Palin Effect", because IMHO there is going to be allot of Republicans voting for Obama because of their fear of Palin being only a 72yr old heartbeat away from running our country.

Q: What do you get when you put lipstick on George W. Bush?

A: Sarah Palin.
