You left out an option
[Read the article: Ask Pablo]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]I'm not sure why your only mention of cloth diapers was in conjunction with a diaper service. A service may be a nice luxury, but hardly necessary, and not even the most eco-frienly choice. I've diapered two kids in unbleached cotton prefolds and hemp/cotton wipes that I bought on ebay for about $75 total, including covers. I washed them every 2-3 days in a low water washing machine, never used chlorine bleach (unlike every diaper service I've ever read about) and line dried them when the weather was good (the sun is miraculous for removing stubborn poopy stains.) Now that my kids are potty trained, I have a batch of fantastically absorbent rags. It's rare for parenting magazines to even mention cloth diapering as an option, so many folks have no idea that it's an extraordinarily easy and budget friendly, not to mention green, option.

Touching story, but was there a copy editor?
[Read the article: Little girl lost, little girl found]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]"By fall Lorne was injecting me with Pergonal at almost $2,000 a month, and it was producing less follicles than the Clomid, and I wasn't getting pregnant."
Not to nit pick, but.....FEWER follicles, not LESS. (Fewer is the correct choice for objects that can be counted one by one.)

The "old" Oprah
[Read the article: The Big O]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]I grew up in Baltimore, where Oprah was a local celebrity in the early 80's. She came to speak at my all girls' high school on several occasions and blew us away. I remember her reciting black women's poetry, inspiring us with her life story, and leading us to believe that we could change the world. So, even though many things about her empire drive me crazy, I look at her and still see the "old" Oprah. I admire her quite a bit.
