dar museum girl -

they cut you down pretty fast and we feel with you because a long time ago we expressed exactly the same thoughts -

but as you have heard from anonymus you can not stop democracy

in progress - you have to throw yourself in with "gusto" and we love all these "firecrackers", who operate on this blog -

I guess you already met Cy - she sometimes is just in a terrible mood and than there is W.E.S - good old Wes - I used to shoot ducks with him in Stuttgart Arkansas and he always joked - what a terrible shot I was - because when I only got them with a grazing shot and he had to strangle the poor birds them with his own hands - but later - at dinner he was so happy, because there were no pellets in these birds and we got drunk together and you told me about one of these obscure betting sites and that he had placed a bet there, that Hillary

would be President by 2009 - and I understand you man - I once had a lot of money riding on a beautiful horse (and in no way I want to compare Hillary to a horse) -but I had fallen in love with the animal - and I guess, that was my downfall - because it lost! And I was not a happy man - I tell you - and I hope - you will forgive - that I told everybody this liitle story...

what's about the platitude-

life has become so damn complicated, that its easier to have "faith" in prefabricated solutions than the ability to find them by yourself.

I'm late -

but last night was quite amazing - and there is a good reason why a lot of posts have vanished and the warriors are nowhere to be seen.

cuteanfuzzy -

There is "ezhick" for Hillary - and "Koch" for Obama - I was in a thread with ezhick and just by stating he would vote much rather for McCain than for Obama he keept the whole thread going for hours - while one Salonista after the other fell into his trap. I used to research "Propaganda" and run their letters through a word processor - While "Koch" is stupid amateur who repeats himself over and over "ezhick" is a Pro- He even managed to get a star from the editor (for a nasty "I can do my own Moses’ing" letter). I guess that made him bold and this letter was without a question - an excellent example for "obviously subversive"-but effectively distracting by its "personal touch". Another Salonista (Socsandtwigs) already smelled a rat and nearly caught him.

There was no pretense that human rights is our goal, or the likely outcome, in escalating the war

An uninspiring speech sells a dubious policy, but progressives who feel betrayed have only themselves to blame

It's almost impossible to find a nation with as many torture advocates as the U.S. has.
