oh - and i nearly forgot teri -

the last time we talked about ideology a clever dudett or dude stated that 'everybody has a ideology and that might be true - (even not everybody seems to be an 'Ideologe') - But if everybody has an ideology and being an 'Ideologe' (like Bush for example) is not so good you only have two possibilities (you actually have a lot more but they are way to complicated to explain them that early in the morning)

Nr.1

An ideology of trying to avoid being an 'Ideologe'!(somehow like Obama)

and if you are still yelling: Give me some freakin' ideology. It's what I voted for - you still got

Nr.2 -

The absolutely right ideology (you know 'morally' and with all these good things).

The only problem with Nr.2 you might not know right away if you have picked the right one.

i try it again -

to explain it very slowly - I have a huge family and right after 911 the majority of this family (Democrat and Republican[-sympathizers alike) - came to the same conclusion as the 'spineless' human beings Glenn is writing about and nearly all of them feel really really bad now (kind of like these Bush voters who won't confess right now that they voted for the idiot) - And I realize that what we have here is a collection of the most principled writers on the whole web and they never ever would compromise their believes - but a lot of people I know did and it doesn't help me that I didn't - so what should I do? Any suggestions?!

pda -

report them all to the Hague?

Monday, December 22, 2008 07:09 AM

that was a real question -

if you just substitute my family with the majority of Americans - oh - sorry Glenn there is probably not one of these polls...?

Monday, December 22, 2008 07:28 AM

and pda -

- as you mentioned my language problem (I am still a 'proud' American) - there is lot of experience in the country I am writing from about bringing war - (and other criminials) to justice but i don't know if the Denazifizierungsprogramm or the Programms how to deal with Stasi members would work in the US. It was a big mess here and this is a pretty 'orderly' (joke) country - I only would see 'hope' (and change) if they would make Glenn head of the Decheneysationprogramm - but would that pass the house or the Senate?

and don't get me wrong =

I really would enjoy if the all get punished (not my family so -)

skeptonomist -

oh really there were polls? I never would have thunked it!

Monday, December 22, 2008 07:53 AM

and a helpful hint -

if you get rid of the bad conscious of the majority of Americans (or you brainwash them that they forget everything they did and said right after 911) your chances of getting Cheney and Bush in front of a judge are raising enormously!

And 'NO' skeptic the most of the people (and politicians) I ever talked to were not that 'spineless' because they wanted to be reelected - they really believed in this spy- and torturesh...!

Monday, December 22, 2008 08:10 AM

checkmate -

that's not enough I think we should make a list!

Monday, December 22, 2008 08:19 AM

and on a very sad note -

all of you will not be able to pin it on a few politicians - if my grandfather (who was a good german antinazioanlsocialist) - had to live with the 'truth' that the majority of Germans were Nazis - WE might have to live with the truth that Glenn might have to come up with a much more complete list of war criminals.

pda -

I know this is my problem I love to dance around in a cutesy way. - but I got permission to carry on and I really hate to explain what i am explaining - because to me it always seems so obvious and i promise Glenn understood every single point i made!
