Yes?! -

I would't be so sure - he might be working on an ethnic study of salon writers or he is just a fan of "primoridalism" while we prefer the "Instrumentalist types" - however Art what do you think of my interpretation of nationalsecurity?

dear glenn -

i am 1000 percent with you - but only if you promise that Washington (unlike Hollywood) - never ever - ever - again will sell fantasy and reality-detached imagery to us poor consumers. AND only if you PERSONALLY prevent reality from interfering with fiction that Prenup sounds

pretty cool!

Sunday, December 7, 2008 07:16 AM

or what i really meant to say -

are you really sure Washington is reality and Hollywood is fiction?

Sunday, December 7, 2008 07:19 AM

or what i really meant to say -

this miller dude is not talking about politics at all he just wants to make sure that Obamas aides don't spell the beans if the president is wearing boxers or briefs?

Sunday, December 7, 2008 07:37 AM

forget it glenn -

i was really stupid i forgot that there is no difference anymore between Obamas briefs and politics - It's all mushed together - so let them report how often he sleeps with his wife and

when - after a night of wild sex he decides to invade iran - by the way is Bush really drinking again - and if - why didn't Mcclellan (is this the right spelling) tell us the real important stuff?

Sunday, December 7, 2008 07:44 AM

or what i really meant to say -

this is a joke - right? - Mr. Miller is trying to lighten up our mood because the times are miserable - and i really have to confess i smiled about it (didn't laugh - so) And after i thought

about it now for a long time i might buy a book about Obama in the White house (if you leave out the boring politics)

Sunday, December 7, 2008 07:52 AM

and on a more serious note -

when i become President in 22 years i will all of my aides have a prenup signed where they promise not to tell how often i sleep with my husband - About 'politics' who cares as long as they don't report how much i spend for hairdoos.

Sunday, December 7, 2008 11:16 AM

rthorat and nita -

Oh yeah - that's what i meant to say - and i have no idea why i couldn't?

Sunday, December 7, 2008 11:33 AM

glenn deletes obnoxious post?

- that's unfair - mine was more obnoxious than GC - So where is my delusion?

Sunday, December 7, 2008 12:21 PM

ikonstan -

are you hinting in any way that Politicians obviously don't want -- and to a degree don't deserve- some measure of privacy in their personal lives - I have no Idea what exactly

Mr. Miller was heading for, because he seems to be as mixed up as a lot of things here -

AND that's the real problem!!

I thought about a Job application for Obama and found out that in the homeland nobody seems to be able anymore to differentiate between my private and my so called professional life (if i would have one) So - I only would have filled out this crazy application if Obama would have signed a prenup for me and whatever are the so called means by which Americans learn about

their government - a few thousand miles from the homeland away - political aides who suddenly discover their conscious for money ( and not for moral) are still called 'rats'!

(and only if they hand over every single cent of their book contracts to charity they might be promoted to a,,,holes)

Sunday, December 7, 2008 12:35 PM

and -

the 'Clinton case' just makes my point!

Sunday, December 7, 2008 12:52 PM

ikonstan -

it only works if you know that a blowjob is not the business of the people (or perhaps it is?)

Sunday, December 7, 2008 01:10 PM

okay -

you seem to be a reasonable person so let's put you in charge when what and if something is the business of the people but don't get mad at me if the AG discusses blowjobs with the President and afterwards tells it all in a book!

Sunday, December 7, 2008 02:00 PM

cocktail -

please come back to earth where we are faced with a culture that conflates celebrity and power, and a media that treat the personal lives of the famous and powerful as more newsworthy and interesting than their professional accomplishments (or lack thereof), and we've come to accept that whatever it is these larger-than life worthies actually do in their private life AND for a living has become a public obsession.

Sunday, December 7, 2008 02:09 PM

or let me rephrase it -

i would think all these so called 'vetting procedures' have become insane if i wouldn't be able to blame Bush and Cheney (partly) for it!

Sunday, December 7, 2008 02:14 PM

reptilian -

it only will be successful if you edit a lot of the politics!
