Rahm Emanuel is just a good and disciplined dancer who tries to show the 'moves' which

give him the most applause - and please - please - there is no 'mind of the Democratic leadership' - Aren't you one of those who had to register numerous times that there is just CHAOS in that party - and a bunch of Walzes who mostly vote yes or nay according to whatever is political opportune.

And this is not at a cynical evaluation.

It is just like your average company (party, theater, government, etc.etc)

Just remember the last time your Boss changed - and you were all for Gitmo and for the war and torturing people before and suddenly there is this new boss, who gives these great interviews on how he will change America by banning torture and closing Gitmo and you realize that he is against everything you stand for - and he invites you anyhow for a talk

and he is very courteous and he doesn't rip your head of - he is just wonderfully relaxed and suddenly you feel really sh...y about yourself and you are soo thankful for his coolness and when he asks you to support HIM - and HIS ideas you suddenly become this really strong

supporter of HIS ideas - and you are suddenly oppose torture and you want to close Gitmo and this again ist not a cynical statement - it's just the wonder of a new Boss - and if you think I used a awfully simplistic example - that was my intention because you gals and guys are awfully stubborn and you rattle on and on without looking right or left and I know that most of you never ever would compromise their believes and you are going to stick to them until death do you part - but you are just a bunch of bloggers and you obviously haven't met the new Boss yet or you would believe in change I believe in!
