[Read the article: Is it "contradictory" to decry the right's tactics while insisting on their equal application?]

i read the thread this morning i started to cry.

It was like sitting in a good movie and suddenly all of your heroes on the screen are slowly turning into "bad guys"...

    HEY!!!

you can not do this to me - Greenwald and WT and GC and LWM and all of you... I finally find a bunch of geniuses on the web and then they start giving up on everything i believe in.

"Is it "contradictory" to decry the right's tactics while insisting on their equal application?" - After translation - YES!! - It is "sick" to hate trashing people, if you at the same time insist on doing it - or to use this: "Don't turn into your worst enemy" wisdom -

I DON'T WANT TO SELF DESTRUCT!!

And not in a "political", "legal" or "logical" way.

Are you guys crazy or what? Seriously discussing "ad hominem" like a bunch of lawyers! Didn't you write about Mukasey? Aren't you watching Bill and Hillary - and Joan and all these out of control writers on the threads, who trash and burn for Hillary or Obama and never realize that they are destroying what they promote - And isn't it beyond "absurd" if on the same day somebody on Salon releases a book which decry's

"crap" like "bittergate" and his editor on the same time

    "banks" on it.

But - hey - that's "the media" - Right?? - because you forgot not everything is "politics". It might be the "cultur" stupid -or "entertainment" - or just plain "chaos" - And if every teenager get's "the system" of "placing" a Paris or Britney

"in the news" (including how it works to get them "out") - why are "wise men" having such trouble to understand there might be no "conspiracy" behind it?

Because they are "paranoid democrats" or "lawyers" - or they live in a bubble? - or it doesn't follow any logic??! -

It was unbelievable to read how you guys managed to avoid

the real topic of this thread by discussing "logic" or "ad hominem" - WAIT - there was one dude, who wrote "people who apply "these type of tactics" are a...holes" - and if this thread would be a movie - the "hero" (Glenn?) now would call his mom and tell her: "Mom, I want to "pay" the a..holes back, and i know they deserve it - but i'm afraid to turn into one of them!

And his mom probably wouldn't understand the whole daeal and she would ask him: "Didn't you already win? - I think it makes no sense to s… on their graves! - And a good scriptwriter would probably get much more out of it - like - saying it and not saying it - but we (i and my whole family) are so sick of the a...holes - and i realize that they are out there (the trash an burn politicians) and i would love to trash and burn them to but i have a good education and i try to be a good girl and there is still "hope" they can be "rehabilitated" and that's why i HAVE to repost my favorite "Obama":

"Depending on your tastes, our condition is the natural result of radical conservatism or perverse liberalism, Tom DeLay or Nancy Pelosi, big oil or greedy trial lawyers, religious zealots or gay activists, Fox News or the New York Times. How well these stories are told ,the subtlety of the arguments and the quality of the evidence , will vary by author, and I won't deny my preference for the story the Democrats tell, nor my belief that the arguments of liberals are more often grounded in reason and fact. In distilled form, though the explanations of both the right and the left have become mirrors of each other. They are stories of conspiracy, of America being hijacked by an evil cabal. Like all good conspiracy theories, both tales contain just enough truth to satisfy those predisposed to believe in them, without admitting any contradictions that might shake up those assumptions. Their purpose is not to persuade the other side but to keep their bases agitated and assured of the rightness of their respective causes - and lure just enough new adherents to beat the other side into submission.

I let my daughter "run with it" - but it distracts and leads nowhere - As I always agree with her 100 percent I only can suggest you guys should talk from time to time with one of the younger and "more idealistic" supporters of Obama - or there is AJCalhoun somewhere on these threads -

This is definitely our last post.
